16/01/2026: Respect to Habibi, who despite her fame remains in the dining room, setting up and serving tables. That said, unfortunately, we weren't happy with the food. I've been to plenty of restaurants, and unfortunately, I didn't find all the quality boasted about on social media. The quality, in my opinion, wasn't commensurate with the price tag. Again, I'm disappointed because my expectations were really high.

However, I don't recommend coming on Saturday evenings as the workload is really different, and to manage everything, reservations are only accepted by shift. In short, you have to hurry up and eat 😅.

14/12/2025: I've been there for dinner five or six times already... it's become my favorite restaurant ❤️... the atmosphere is impeccably clean and well-kept (that's not a given these days). The appetizers are excellent, with something for everyone. There's a corner of the restaurant where a "salumiere" prepares and slices the cured meats and raspadüra on the spot. This preparation ensures the dish is the best you could wish for. The meat-based main courses, for those like me who still love good beef, are truly worth trying: ribs, fillet, etc., served with vegetables and homemade sauces. A special mention goes to the porcini mushrooms, enjoyed fresh. They are sublime. The desserts, always homemade, are varied and all delicious for those with a true sweet tooth. (I can't recommend the first courses only because I've never tried them. At the restaurant, I prefer the second courses.) Wide selection of wines.

23/12/2025: A typical Romanian restaurant. The vegetable soup is delicious, as is the eggplant cream. The warm toasted bread is also delicious. We also ordered the outlaw's dish, which is a mix of steamed meat and vegetables. The goulash is also very special.

30/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for Christmas lunch, and I must say I was a bit disappointed, partly because my expectations were high. I've been going to this place for a long time and I think it's truly exceptional, but this last time there were a few flaws. The menu was a bit meager, the atmosphere wasn't adequately heated, and then when I asked for a sweet dessert wine, I was told it wasn't available (huh). It's a shame, because I believe it's the little things that make the difference. The quality and courtesy remain top-notch.

28/12/2025: My husband and I are regular customers of Timone (under new management). The value is excellent, the food is good quality (I especially love the yeast-free pizza, which is delicious and super digestible!), and the service is attentive and friendly. We recommend it for a good meal in a quiet, welcoming location where you'll always feel welcomed with a smile. Another plus: there's parking nearby!

02/01/2026: I went to this restaurant on December 22nd and, despite the good reviews, it was a huge disappointment. One of the worst places I've ever eaten. Terrible service: I've never encountered a waiter like this. A blonde woman of a certain age was extremely rude and impolite. She threw everything on the table, answered questions rudely, and walked away while we were ordering. The place is dark, cramped, and small, not at all welcoming. I would have left immediately, but it was late and there were no alternatives. The octopus was rubbery and inedible, and the paccheri with capers and fish tasted only of tomato. I skipped dessert because I just wanted to leave. Terrible experience. I will never return.

09/09/2025: Sicilian restaurant that prepares top-quality seafood dishes. A combination of perfectly balanced flavors and perfectly measured ingredients, resulting in a truly palatable experience. The grilled fish was perfect, not a single piece dry. The scallops were amazing! The restaurant is small and very welcoming, with LED touch lamps that cast a warm light, perfectly suited to the ambiance. While waiting for your order, they offered a truly delicious small appetizer. Even the bread was good. My only complaint is the cassata, as the sponge cake was a bit dry, and since it's a revisited version, it didn't remind me of the cassata. The prices are a bit high, but I think at this level, you can't find much better.

Having ordered different dishes, it was clear that the kitchen had gone haywire. Some of us wanted the second course after the first, which arrived a good hour later, so some of us had finished and others were still waiting for the second course. Terrible service.
