Immediately after ordering, the waitress took away all the cutlery (she still needed to take the tablecloth). The pizza arrived with very burnt edges and it was probably not a coincidence. 11/03/2025: I went to the piadineria la caveja with my partner during the week. I have to say I was really surprised. Cozy environment, perfect for a quick lunch break, the owner Dario is very courteous and cheerful. Their strong point, in addition to the service times, are the different doughs, fragrant, crunchy and very light. We took a squaquerone and raw ham with kamut dough and a salmon and avocado with wholemeal dough. It has a wide choice, also recommended for vegetarians. I highly recommend this piadineria to anyone who wants to have a tasty and authentic break.

26/02/2025: We went for dinner, we had meatballs with sauce, potato pancakes and panzerotto. Unfortunately the food is very poor... it leaves something to be desired, there isn't even a hint of the flavors of Salento, it's an insult to the panzerotto and the rest is poorly done. Potato pancakes that we expected to be at least fried at the moment, but instead the potato turns out to be dry, crumbling and most likely microwaved, almost inedible. Meatballs that look like they were bought at the supermarket and put in a pan with sauce, a panzerotto that unfortunately only had empty mozzarella inside without sauce. The best thing about the whole dinner? the two slices of bread given to make sauce and the water... so I leave the conclusions to you. Service a bit like this, the boy who served the tables was a little rude when he saw that we had left two pieces of potato pancakes and little more but it was almost inedible, I don't consider this to be decent cuisine, still rude, however the other boy was very kind.

20/02/2025: Generally I don't often write reviews, however, I would like to say a few words about this restaurant located in Cinisello Balsamo. I would like to point out that this evaluation reflects my personal experience, so subjectivity must be taken into account. From a service point of view, nothing to say: helpful waiters and trained staff. All the staff try to put the customer at ease, helping to maintain the relaxed and informal atmosphere. Same thing for the environment, clean and comfortable. Sure, there may be children screaming and people talking loudly but guys, we are in a Roadhouse...A restaurant also open (rightly) to the little ones. Now let's move on to the food: unfortunately I was really disappointed here. I ordered a 225 g cut and if half of it arrived, that's already a lot... all seasoned with four slices of tomato. Even the bread, two loaves, is reflected in a rather laughable portion. Alas, after paying, I was still a little hungry so, since overall the structure is good for dining, try to improve this aspect. The portions, at least the ones I took, are too small and certainly (unfortunately) adapted to Milan standards.
