01/07/2025: The environment is not an environment as it has nothing of a restaurant except tables and chairs... Outside you die of heat under a kind of roof that amplifies the sauna effect! The pizza is by the slice and not even of good quality. You eat when hungry because there are always school groups with parents in tow and biblical times...

01/07/2025: Simple place but you feel at home. Very good prices and being able to eat in the summer garden under the plants is very pleasant.

07/06/2025: Terrible experience, we won't be back. We entered this bar at 5:30 pm and were greeted with a really rude attitude. We asked for a juice and were told, in an annoyed way, that the car had already been washed. Evidently the desire to close up and go home far outweighed that of serving customers. We then ordered a pear juice, a coffee and some pastries. My daughter sat at the table while I was still at the counter waiting for the coffee and getting my wallet, when the barmaid abruptly told us that we had to pay immediately before consuming, in a really rude tone, even though I was already there to do so. As if that weren't enough, we were also told, again in a rude way, to close the door, without a minimum of kindness or respect. It's not even the first time that an unpleasant episode has happened to me in this place. Some time ago I stopped by and asked for a focaccia: I was simply told “NO”, in a dry and rude way, probably because they were supposed to use it for the aperitif. Even on that occasion, the tone was completely out of place. In short, a constantly unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. In a bar you expect courteous service, not to feel like you’re in the way. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

22/05/2025: excellent breakfast, very good brioche, there is really a lot of choice, even for those with intolerances, and they also make cakes to order, small pastries, focaccias and pizzas. the place is nice, the service super fast and everyone is very kind. recommended for both breakfast and snacks. the prices are excellent and there is also a tobacconist service. it is located very close to the sesto san giovanni station, so also convenient to reach.

22/07/2025: A typical trattoria for a business lunch, with generous portions at a reasonable price. Homemade dishes without fancy decorations. I haven't tried the pizza, but I'm told it's good. Excellent, highly recommended.

01/04/2025: Today 03/31 I ate the Caveja Burger at the La Fontana shopping center. I have already tasted this type of piadina in my area (Melzo) and I always eat it there. Today's piadina that I got at the La Fontana shopping center left me disappointed because being from the same chain I thought the food was the same or similar but no! Let's start with the fact that the hamburger seems to be boiled and therefore not grilled and the vegetables (onion and peppers) are tasteless and finally there is no bbq sauce I leave you two photos, the one I ate at the fountain and the one I ate in Melzo. With this comment I really hope there is an improvement, because it is a shame that the same piadina from the same chain is different from the places where we eat it

11/03/2025: I went to the piadineria la caveja with my partner during the week. I have to say I was really surprised. Cozy environment, perfect for a quick lunch break, the owner Dario is very courteous and cheerful. Their strong point, in addition to the service times, are the different doughs, fragrant, crunchy and very light. We took a squaquerone and raw ham with kamut dough and a salmon and avocado with wholemeal dough. It has a wide choice, also recommended for vegetarians. I highly recommend this piadineria to anyone who wants to have a tasty and authentic break.

26/06/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten here since it's behind my house and my opinion unfortunately remains unchanged: the lady at the cash register is super super rude with really terrible manners. The food on the other hand is not bad which is why every now and then if I have no alternative I order here. Let's say I prefer to order on glovo so I don't have to deal with the unpleasant lady!
