31/08/2025: I stopped by chance for an interview... Clean and well-kept bar, as soon as you enter a good morning is always there, a very kind girl at the cash register. Cappuccino with a little heart as in the photo, very creamy and full-bodied, in short, they know their job. Parking is a luck since there is a car repair shop next door. The only flaw is the croissants and doughnuts, frozen products and not fresh, also does tobacco and phone top-ups. I absolutely recommend it.

23/12/2025: I had already been several times for my birthday, to see Juventus matches but for the restaurant it was the first time, I have to say that it was a bad hope, the play area for the children should be cleaner then it should have folders with restrictions because the older children (8 years and up) did what they wanted and risked hurting the smaller children, then as regards the welcome, disappointing, the owner (a boy with glasses) could have been more welcoming, we went for dinner together with a group of friends, the dishes arrived with a big difference in time from one to the other, but also for those who had to eat the pizza (we are always talking about the same table) my friend asked for the pizza the other waited an eternity for her pizza to arrive, I had to wait almost 30 minutes while my friends ate, we complained several times but the owner, the boy with glasses seemed to pretend nothing was happening, it was embarrassing, he only said "IT'S COMING DEAR" as if we were friends In short, even at children's parties, they're always serious. In short, the problem isn't the delay, because it's there, but the way one handles the situation, because we're clear that this Piazzaria restaurant isn't cheap.

We've lost count of how many times the pizzas have arrived wrong, and at best, they're half an hour or 45 minutes late. After COVID, pizzas have become more expensive, with fewer toppings, and poor quality.

07/08/2025: The Bar ai Portici in Cinisello is a welcoming place, perfect for a relaxing aperitivo. We really enjoyed the quality of the warm appetizers and cured meats, served with care and attention. The staff is friendly and attentive to their guests' needs, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this bar for a relaxing and socializing moment.

01/02/2026: I mean, guys, there's no question, this is the best by far, I only come here now!! Their bubble teas are simply AMAZING, plus they're super fast, today it was packed and there were even three Glovo riders, yet they served me in less than 5 minutes. It's my addiction now.

23/12/2025: Disappointed by the behavior of the owner and her assistant, not even the humility to correct the mistake... cold and unprofessional people... Terrible experience. Another sore point: if you bring a dog, even a small one, they won't let you in. They make you sit outside even in the middle of winter, almost annoying. I don't recommend it...

25/11/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. When we asked for a simple menu change due to food intolerances, it was clear from the owner's manner that she was annoyed by our request. She pretended not to hear, reacted arrogantly, and left the menu on the counter, saying "NICE MENU!" without even listening to a request that was important to us. We were shocked. Not only did she not pay attention to us, but she continued serving other customers while completely ignoring us, leaving us with a menu full of items we couldn't even order. We left and have no intention of returning, because her behavior was truly rude and unprofessional.

The lady who runs the restaurant is extremely rude: if you try to report a food intolerance or simply ask for a change in your order, she ignores you and responds rudely. It's impossible to want to return or spend your money in a place where you're treated so poorly.
