19/04/2026: Good, honest local cuisine, with appropriate portions. A pleasant, almost homey atmosphere, thanks in part to the three women who run it with kindness and attention. The bread is homemade, and you can taste it.
Food paired with an honest Lambrusco. Small adjustments would be enough to better showcase their work: a decent oil instead of Selex, black peppercorns instead of the dusty supermarket kind, ditto for the vinegar, and slightly less commercial cutlery. The prices are more than fair.
I would definitely return.
18/04/2026: We stopped in San Benedetto Po on our way back from Lake Garda. Not far from the highway is this little village with a stunning abbey and an exceptional trattoria in the village. The tortelli are sublime; we tried them with ragù and also with broccoli rabe. The sbrisolona with mascarpone was amazing. The chef was very kind and helpful. A family atmosphere with authentic flavors.

27/04/2026: Beautiful restaurant on the banks of the Po River, with on-site parking. Stunning setting, panoramic sunset views. Very good appetizers, first courses, and desserts, good wine, and very reasonable prices. €50 per person for an appetizer, first course, dessert, coffee, water, and a bottle of wine. I would definitely return.
19/04/2026: A truly beautiful place, with a splendid view of the Po River, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The owners were very kind, helpful, and friendly: even though we hadn't booked, they still managed to find us a table.
We had an aperitif and a delicious meal, everything was carefully prepared and of high quality.
We'll definitely be back! :)

18/10/2025: Perfect for true connoisseurs and lovers of good, old-fashioned bread. Shapes and flour blends for all needs and tastes. Real bread, made with love, expertise, and a deep understanding of the art of breadmaking. The baked goods are also excellent.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.

07/04/2026: Let me start by saying that I live in Carpi, in the province of Modena, so the restaurant isn't far, but not close either.
That said, my husband and I often ate here under the previous management. We always had a great time. Yesterday, Easter Monday, we tried the new management. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is now brighter and more welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful in explaining the various dishes. We had the seafood appetizer and mixed grill. It was worth it. For dessert, I had the seadas. Very good!
I will continue to frequent and recommend it.
08/03/2026: It's under new management, so it was a real pleasure to try their cuisine, with some new features compared to the previous management! The service was very good and fast, and the kitchen was able to handle the large number of people present! The dishes were generous and well-prepared! We will definitely be back!

The food is good, standard, and the service is quick (orders are brought by staff in a hurry). The atmosphere is typical of a trattoria, a bit noisy but clean.

02/05/2026: The food is very good, from the tortellini to the gnocchi. The problem is the very slow service, at least today for lunch (Saturday, May 2nd): for example, we would have even ordered dessert at the end of the meal... too bad that after more than 20 minutes of waiting for the waiter to take our order, we lost our appetite! And the surrounding tables were practically empty...
In conclusion, a great place to eat in a beautiful, green setting and excellent value. My only suggestion regarding the service: more attention to timing (the staff at the tables were very courteous and welcoming, by the way).
P.S. We had booked.

Fried gnocchi, in my opinion, are industrially produced, and cured meats are of poor quality...

The menu was poor and limited, and the price was high... A place with low expectations.
The patrons were all locals...
