13/06/2026: A lovely, historic restaurant in Crema.
I can only comment on the pizza, and frankly, given its reputation, I expected more. The dough wasn't up to par, but the ingredients were certainly good. Digestion wasn't great either. Too bad.
07/06/2026: Neapolitan cuisine in the heart of Crema.
If you're looking for the authentic flavors of the Amalfi Coast, you're in the right place. The scialatielli, grilled fish with swordfish, salmon, monkfish, shrimp, and scampi, are excellent.
The lemon delight is also noteworthy. The wine selection by the glass is varied and very good.
The scialatielli, rich in seafood and creamy, are highly recommended; the spaghetti, on the other hand, seemed unrelated. We'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.
23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram. I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.

09/05/2026: Unfortunately, today I had a terrible and very worrying experience. I ordered a coffee and a slice of cake, but I was served a cake with clearly visible mold. 🤢
Only after I pointed this out to the staff were the pieces removed from the display case. It's unacceptable that products in this state are served to the public without any checks on freshness and quality. 🍰❌
I strongly advise against this establishment, especially if you're with children. Be very careful about what you're served because health comes first. 🛑🩹

02/03/2026: On February 26th, around 12:00, after eating at the bar, I approached the register to pay. The girl asked: “Did you get the empty brioche?” Me: “No, full.” Naturally, the question came to mind: “But what’s the price difference between the empty and the full one?” It’s clear that I’m asking the cashier about the cost, not the quality, which is already obvious. She replied: “2 euros” and continued on about the quality, the fillings, the oven, the shape… I said: “No, I’m only interested in the price difference, not the cost of the full brioche and the justifications.” She said the same thing – 2 euros… She doesn’t get it. I’ll add that right away I noticed a desire to compare on her part, as if she felt she could afford a little more. Who gave her permission for this? Boss? No. He’s smart. I’ve known that good man for years. Only “without the boss, mice…?” There!! 😂 The third time I asked: “How much does the empty one cost?” Finally she replies: "...euro for the empty one." Me: "So 50 cents the difference." But has she stopped? She kept arguing with me as she was perhaps with her partner in the potato field: "Look, it's like this everywhere, throughout the city the prices are different for an empty one and a full one." Me: "Often, croissants, both empty and full, cost the same. Maybe things have changed in the last 2 years." Then she repeated and denied it arduously in an even more rude tone, up to 3 times the same. I - 1 word, she 10. Finally she displayed rudeness: "You can not come here anymore if something doesn't suit you," as if I had come to her home, her own. I reply: "It's not necessary to express your conclusions (don't come here), you just have to give the customer information, better right away precise, adequate and short - 50 cents." I left the bar and she was still grumbling in front of the customers while cleaning the table! So I went back to work and spoke to another lady who works there, who continued to defend the quality of the product, saying that there's little difference in price. I'll add that I noticed that the lady was enunciating every word with a hint of "you don't understand Italian." You can forgive a lot, but you can't leave an implication: "We can continue to argue with you and not stoop to the point of saying, 'Sorry for the misunderstanding, we'll be more careful, we hope you at least liked our brioche.'" Even though the lady said there's little difference in price (the stuff costs cents – 1/4), it's important for the customer to know the cost. Economics is essential, but it also has to be economical (even for bartenders, pennies are worth a little if they vary them). She finally replied: "I don't have time to explain anymore." But what is it that she has to explain to me, that I'm already explaining to her? I'm talking about "the sea," she reiterates "the mountain." Maybe she's thinking I'm angry about the price difference, that it's hard for me to pay? But quite the opposite. For me - pure mathematical calculation and healthy curiosity. But she just needs to apologize very kindly, smile. I understand it's difficult. I don't know what triggers in their heads, I'm not psychic. Now I'll leave my honest review of the filled brioche: a sweetly cloying, disgusting bomb. I don't recommend it. The cream and jam together are so sweet. Try making this combination at home! I'll leave photos. P.S. The girl was cleaning the mirrors, the windowsill, the tables... I turned to her because everyone was inside and asked for ice. She immediately put three and a half pieces in a large, tall glass (but what problem does she have with being generous with frozen water...) and continued serving other customers. "Immediately"... I mean I didn't see her washing her hands after cleaning with a rag and detergent. Maybe I missed this, or maybe they don't care. The Estathé drink in a glass was tiny and incredibly sweet, nauseating. I haven't seen anything smaller than this. It was impossible to drink because of the disgusting taste in your mouth. That's why I thought they could at least dilute the taste a bit with ice. I hope they educate the staff or change them. "Ultra-sweet temptations of bitterness." Don't forget to open the bottles in front of the customer, please.

19/04/2026: This time we tried the chicken. It was well-cooked, served with non-greasy French fries. Very good! The service was friendly, courteous, and youthful; a mistake in the dishes was quickly corrected. We'll be back again.
13/04/2026: They brought us 2 grilled cockerels that were barely reheated and dried out, almost 50 euros with 2 desserts, I definitely won't go back.

09/06/2026: The four of us passed by at lunchtime and thought the decor and atmosphere were quite nice. We looked at the menu and ordered two two-course meals plus coffee, while the other two ordered à la carte. Everyone ate something different to see which was best.
In conclusion, the decor was nice, and it would be fine for just a drink or coffee. However, I wouldn't recommend the food. Every single dish we ordered was terrible, really. Even the most basic fries were awful, and the pasta was completely beyond my expectations. I wondered if this was even an Italian restaurant. Absolutely not recommended.
01/06/2026: Extremely rude staff, as soon as we entered we waited for someone to welcome us, both the owner and the waiter passed in front of us 4 times, at my Good morning the person who I believe is the owner looks at me and did not say hello, empathy and professionalism of unprecedented rudeness

04/05/2026: I have no words to describe the disorganization and lack of attention to customers. On Wednesday, April 29th, I booked a table for Friday, May 1st. I texted the girl who answered the phone, giving everyone's first and last names as requested, and received a "reservation confirmed" without me leaving a last name or a time we were supposed to be at the table. I asked for an explanation... the response I received was: "Come before midnight and text me when you're out and I'll let you in."
At 11:51 PM on Friday, I texted and received no response. After ten minutes, I decided to try calling, but no response.
There were tons of people outside in the same situation as us: people who had booked and weren't letting us in.
We stood outside for an hour waiting because I thought, "She's very busy, she'll get back to me as soon as she can," but instead, nothing.
I would have preferred a text response rather than a situation like this. Making fun of people like this is shameful.
03/05/2026: I'd like to compliment you on the organization last night during Chirunguito. We arrived around 12:45 AM and stood in line for 45 minutes to get in, with people continuing to leave, yet they wouldn't let anyone in. After 45 minutes, we were told, "The venue is sold out, we won't let anyone in," when in reality it was emptying out.

05/01/2026: Terrible New Year's Eve dinner!! The pizza was cold and tasteless, the drinks were served after a terrible appetizer; we asked for them after a 20-minute wait, and the cotechino with lentils wasn't served to everyone. There was no live music, just a quiz game that ended up giving everyone a headache.

I've had home delivery several times (as far as Izano) and I must say that the dough stays stable without becoming rubbery.
The wait time is okay.
I recommend and will continue to order from Dolce Vita.

27/10/2025: Bad experience. Sunday lunch with friends. We arrived at a nearly empty dining room at 12:30, and our first courses were brought at 1:45. The food was left on our plates because it was inedible: uncooked and watery polenta, fish that wasn't fresh, and the scialatielli with clams were undercooked and almost cold, along with the sweet ravioli that were undercooked. The dishes were returned to the kitchen practically untasted. The discount offered wasn't adequate.
Bad experience.
