02/09/2025: Cheese platter for €16 with 3 slices of cheese, which together make 30g. When I pointed out the shortage of the dish to the kitchen, they said, "No Parmesan, we'll make it for €13." Well, we didn't quite understand each other. It's a shame, it deserves more.
02/09/2025: I went with friends for an aperitif.
Very nice place. The only downside is that the appetizers arrived when we were almost finished drinking.
Drinking was good.

18/10/2025: Aperitivo with a cold the next day...
Yesterday I wanted to eat uramaki with a good drink. I was in the area, so I stopped for a quick aperitivo with my brother. They left us outside with the excuse that all the tables inside were set for dinner. Despite the fact that the place was empty and a bit chilly, I couldn't fault the quality of the food and the service, which were excellent. But waking up with a cold and fever was definitely not an option.
02/10/2025: I had dinner for my birthday at this restaurant, where the professionalism, courtesy, and food
are top-notch.
The place is gorgeous and very clean.
I definitely plan on going back.

08/07/2025: The venue is practically in the city center, though slightly away from the generally busier Crema area, and this is definitely a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect for an evening in Crema.
09/05/2025: The place is very nice, the staff very kind, the food very good but if you go for an aperitif BEWARE of the Negroni Lab which is literally toxic apart from the fact that you don't understand how you can call a cocktail without Campari (which is the main ingredient) Negroni but it's like taking a teaspoon of Vics adding gin and ice and drinking it, I gave up the second sip all for just €13, I even thought that the bartender got the doses wrong but I doubt I'll try it again to find out

26/04/2025: Cibo molto buono ma ESTREMAMENTE caro !! Non si possono pagare 11€ per 8 piccoli cubetti di formaggio fritto e per una cotoletta , buona , 60€ al chilo !!!! Più di una fiorentina !!!!!
20/04/2025: ¡Increíble! El Cremasco Tortello estaba delicioso y la Milenase estaba fuera de este mundo. Porción enorme (1 kilo) , los precios eran muy razonables y nuestro camarero (Max) , era excelente. ¡No dejes de visitarnos cuando estés en Crema!

02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.
23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram, I had high expectations about their pizza seeing their workmanship so I was a little scared they wouldn't live up to it.... instead they exceeded expectations and by far, the pizza was delicious, light, thin but also crunchy, I tried the cloud dough, also very good, my advice on the cloud is to divide it so you can appreciate it better, very fast and efficient service. I put 4 stars in the service only because I don't go crazy about the soft light but despite this I'm waiting for them to reopen to go back!!! best pizzeria in Crema hands down

16/06/2025: Locale elegante, buon servizio, piatti del territorio fedeli e gustosi prezzi corretti ma il caffe’ a 3 euro direi quantomeno sopra le righe..
12/06/2025: Location molto gradevole, a differenza dei piatti assaggiati.
Salmone sul menu indicato come marinato in realtà molto affumicato.
Paccheri esageratamente salati, io non sono riuscita a mangiarli. Non tornerò più.

Credo che qualità prezzo il menù del pranzo vada arricchito con un po’ più scelta. Anche perché è piuttosto vetusto da anni. Troppe limitazioni però ad un Pz per cliente rispetto alla concorrenza.

15/09/2025: Honestly one of the most magical and memorable experiences on our trip! The restaurant owner has a golden heart and the food was incredible good and lovely. We had a 4 day trip through Crema, Garda Lake, Verona and Bergamo but this place is the one we still think back to!
