12/01/2025: Questo locale è una piacevole sorpresa nel panorama dei ristoranti a Crema. Sembra di ritrovarsi in Alto Adige visto l'ambientazione e il menù proposto. Sono abituato a passare molto tempo in Trentino e trovare le stesse pietanze cucinate con la stessa maestria mi fa sentire come se fossi in montagna. Il personale è cortese, gentilissimo. Il prezzo è senza dubbio in linea con quanto proposto.

I go there regularly and always order a fish first course and a pizza to share. The pizza is really good without taking anything away from the fish which is really fresh. I recommend this restaurant

27/02/2025: Sono tornato alla Speranza dopo anni che nono ci andavo. In passato andato diverse volte, era un locale dove una volta si mangiava bene sia come pizzeria sia come ristorante, forse uno dei migliori di Crema. Stavolta mi ha deluso moltissimo. I famosi spaghetti al vulcano con frutti di mare, sugo acidissimo, pochi pesci, e che prezzo ... Mia moglie ha preso un trancio di salmone. trovato un pelo dentro, fatto notare al cameriere, ma poi in cassa come se nulla fosse. Totale 88 euro per un antipasto in 2, 2 spaghetti coi frutti di mare, un trancio di salmone con patatine fritte, 2 acque ... Mi spiace ma non ci mettero' mai piu' piede. Si trova molto meglio ormai sul mercato, a questi prezzi poi c'è una vasta scelta di ristoranti.

21/09/2024: Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful, yummy restaurant! The staff was very kind, the place is well curated, traditional “cascina” with some animals and a play area for kids. We came here for a Saturday lunch, one sunny end of summer day. Easy to bike to from Crema. Can’t wait to be back.

16/03/2025: Ten days ago by email, with a reply confirming availability for today's date from Mr. Diego, we had made a reservation for lunch at the farmhouse. Today after 40 minutes of travel we arrived at our destination and found ourselves in front of a closed gate and a desolate landscape. After several phone calls to ask for explanations, without any response, we left with an empty stomach. I'm sorry because we had a good memory of that place and it will remain so... a good memory. Regarding the owner's response, I underline that I made the reservation by sending a confirmation email!!!

05/02/2025: An aperitif like this not even at a bowling club in a remote village... let alone in a city centre. Terrible wine, truly undrinkable (in all likelihood the bottle had been open for weeks) accompanied by 3 bowls of chips, peanuts and pretzels... nothing more and a small bottle of still water at the modest price of 8.50 euros!!! Yes, so little would be enough: you are also a restaurant, therefore a diner and also a pizzeria, it doesn't take anything to bring a few squares of focaccia and four slices of cured meats.
