Very nice place. Service a little slow, perhaps due to the large number of customers. The beer was excellent and served perfectly. The only flaw was that the shank seemed reheated...some parts were cold, some were warm. Still, it was good.
A very charming restaurant that faithfully reproduces Bavarian tradition. The service staff is courteous but sullen. Generous, high-quality portions. The location is welcoming and fully in keeping with the tradition it draws inspiration from. Recommended dumplings. Fair prices.
24/06/2025: Ho scoperto questo posto tramite passaparola, da quando abbiamo provato questo posto è diventato una tappa fissa.
Lo stinco si scioglie in bocca, le birre sono ottime, penso che non serva aggiungere altro!

Piatti tipici che spaziano tra la Baviera e l'Alto Adige, ottime birre alla spina, proprietario simpatico, cortese, acuto osservatore del mondo e dell'umana varietà.
Il tutto, in una magnifica cantina antica, seicentesca.
