24/05/2025: We were in this restaurant a year ago and ate inside. We came back remembering the quality of the good food, the courtesy and the wonderful outdoor garden. All confirmed. We had lunch in the beautiful and well-kept garden. The food is always excellent, with a good variety of proposals. What amazes every time is the courtesy and preparation of the owner, available and attentive to satisfy any request. We will return even if we do not live nearby. Thank you

Small but well-organized environment with separate entrance and exit, a sign of order and cleanliness, friendly and fast service.

20/07/2025: We spent a pleasant evening at Agriturismo Il Cascinetto, a farm nestled in the greenery of the Crema countryside, offering the opportunity to dine or enjoy an aperitif in the heart of the apple orchard. A truly evocative experience, made even more magical by the evening atmosphere among the rows of apple trees, delicately illuminated by hanging lights: the setting is fairytale-like and relaxing, perfect for a break from the daily grind. We chose the tasting menu dinner: the quality of the food is average, but more than adequate for the price. The cuisine is simple, honest, and in keeping with the rustic and authentic atmosphere of the farmhouse. The homemade cider was particularly good, fresh and well-balanced. The service was provided by kind and helpful young women, who helped make the experience even more enjoyable. One of the most original aspects is the possibility, on some evenings, to also attend an outdoor film screening: a truly lovely idea that enriches the cultural and convivial offerings of the place. A few less positive points: we would have preferred the tables to be a little further apart, for more privacy and not be forced to listen—willingly or not—to other guests' conversations. However, the most annoying and unacceptable aspect was the indiscriminate smoking permit: with the tables so close together, cigarette smoke inevitably ends up disturbing neighboring tables, ruining the atmosphere and making the experience unpleasant for those who want to breathe in the clean country air or simply enjoy the scent of the apple orchard. In such a natural setting, so attentive to well-being, one would expect more careful regulation, perhaps by creating a separate smoking area. In conclusion, Il Cascinetto is a place worth a visit, especially for the beauty of its setting and the unique atmosphere among the apple trees. With a few small adjustments, it could become a truly perfect experience.

06/07/2025: First time, refined place, excellent service, excellent cuisine, chef Yuri uses fresh products cooked with care, attention and successful experimentation. The menu has a choice of fish and meat, even elaborate but very tasty desserts. I could go on in a more detailed review but it encourages me to return so I can tell you that it is a place that I recommend trying, it does not disappoint. I have been back other times and I can confirm my 5 stars. I love the cuisine made with care and technique, the kind that you have to wait to have a good dish and here I have always found it. I recommend all the dishes even the menus of the Giro d'Italia to discover typical dishes from other regions, I find commitment and taste and not a small thing, the fact of being able to choose different dishes every month, so a customer cannot get bored of a static and usual menu for several years. I strongly recommend you try the restaurant if you want to eat well and without rushing, quality cuisine requires time of execution and not just quality of the product. See you next time chef! Warm welcome, very kind staff and always attentive to every detail. A special thanks to the chef, really super good: in addition to being friendly, he shows exceptional talent in the kitchen every time. Sincere compliments to all the staff, you always make us feel at home!

21/04/2025: Ottimo posto, che non dovrebbe chiamarsi osteria ma che sa regalare esperienze di livello ad un prezzo importante, ma accessibile anche alle fasce medie di tanto in tanto. Entrèe con una polpettina di manzo, paradossalmente concentratissima di un sapore delicato,per antipasto salumi di prima categoria (il cotto con la salsa tonnata è notevole), in particolare la coppa, con giardiniera e frittata genuine e vecchia scuola e insalata russa molto casalinga. Per il primo ho preso i tortelli di zucca, ben bilanciati nel loro intingolo di burro e salvia. Ho assaggiato anche le lumache e le tagliatelle col culatello, buoni anche quelli. Per dolce ho scelto la torta margherita con la crema al mascarpone e non mi sarei aspettato tre fettone ricoperte da una crema così abbondante. Con un caffè ho concluso questo pasto memorabile. I camerieri molto attenti e interessati, anche se è capitato qualche momento di titubanza nel servire i piatti (scaldati in scaldavivande 🤤), ma ci sta.

18/04/2025: Vengo all' Osteria da tanti anni, mai fatta una recensione. Ho sempre dato per scontato che non ci fosse bisogno visto il passaparola ormai rodato. Mio figlio mi ha fatto capire l' importanza del "feedback online" e perciò eccomi pronto a supportare i locali che mi piacciono. L' Umbreler è un posto che ha insegnato a tanti come si beve e si mangia bene. Cantina fornitissima con profondità di annate e grande selezione, menù che valorizza la bassa padana e utilizza materie prime d'eccellenza, servizio di ottimo livello, ambiente affascinante... Un luogo intriso di storia, sapori e profumi.

27/07/2025: The atmosphere was a bit anonymous, the dishes were well presented. We ordered two spaghetti alla Nerano, which I personally lacked a bit more provola. A mozzarella in carrozza was fried well, tasty and light. The cheeses with mustard, on the other hand, were a bit mediocre. Of course, everyone has their own tastes. I like strong flavors. The service was good, but a little more smile wouldn't hurt. They seemed to have little desire to work. Just my impression.

20/07/2025: We went here for the first time with friends and had a great time. The appetizers were delicious, the two fried pizzas were fantastic. The fried pizza was so light it didn't even taste like fried food, and the mozzarella in carrozza was puffy and crispy. The pizzas were fabulous, both in appearance and taste. I've never had such a good and rich pizza. I recommend this place to everyone. The only flaw was the service. I don't know if the guys were newly hired because they were slow and a bit confused. Otherwise, everything was perfect, even the price! We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

A menu with tasty dishes, mainly from the Lombard tradition. The tortelli cremaschi are excellent, very balanced. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. To try. Ad majora Marco 🍀
