The bigoli al torchio are delicious, the marubini are good but they don't surpass my capeletti but I'm biased... the bison is excellent, very tender... I highly recommend it.

The food was good. I was disappointed that there were some items missing from the menu that they have posted online. Also, there needed to be some more salt in some dishes. The duck ragu was a stand out.

11/03/2026: We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people). The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. Recommended!

04/04/2026: Amazing! The waiters were really nice and explained everything on english even though its not their first language. We went there for a birthday and were not disappointed. The steak was on point! Thank you!!
