17/01/2026: Just steps from the beautiful frescoed church of Santa Maria degli Angeli (by the Luini school), where the feast of Sant'Antonio Abate is celebrated, I found this lovely osteria, with a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. The dishes are few, but imaginative. I had a fillet of char, partly cooked and partly raw, I believe, garnished with delicious sauces. The dish was beautifully presented, with a loaf of fragrant bread paired with extra virgin olive oil. I wasn't sure what wine to pair it with, but they recommended a light and fragrant Nebbiolo. A main course of lake peace, a glass of wine, water, and coffee cost about €30—absolutely well spent. Next time we celebrate Sant'Antonio, we'll have to order more!

05/01/2026: Everything was delicious as usual, but they forgot the 4 children's desserts, which we still paid for!
04/01/2026: The appetizer arrived after the main courses. The children's menu was without sauce; we had to ask for it several times. The beef tagliata was well done, even though we'd asked for it rare. We asked for a small plate for our one-year-old, but it never arrived. Our table wasn't cleared, so after a bit of a wait, we left without consuming anything else.

30/12/2025: EVERYTHING IS, I SAY, EVERYTHING PERFECT: very friendly, helpful and cheerful staff, the pizza is always excellent and the environment is always clean, plus the place offers two or three tables where you can eat.

17/11/2025: In a world where music is losing its fundamental pillars and turning into a giant garbage can (AI will soon be the one to deal the final blow and fill it up), Silvano and Centrale are one of the few strongholds still holding firm, trying to maintain the high quality of their offering while making room for all those bands that don't conform to the crowd. Good thing so. The icing on the cake is the extremely high-quality bar and food service.

Quick and attentive service.
Pleasant atmosphere. No house wine, but a wide selection for all tastes (let Morris guide you).
Ample parking nearby.
Highly recommended.

15/06/2025: The pastry is amazing. The first place in Europe which reminds me of Ukrainian high quality pastry.
The mango & mascarpone and raspberry &mascarpone croissants are delicious (each €4). I also tried small cakes, with pistachios are unforgettable! (Each €1,5 or €40/kilo if you take more than 4).
