17/11/2024: Il posto carino, ma secondo me un po’ troppo datato. Pizza buona, ma nulla di eccezionale. Il prezzo eccessivo. Per due pizze, una bottiglia d’acqua e un dolce 67€.

31/10/2024: La salle est décorée d'œuvres d'art, un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Les plats sont bons et le service impeccable. La musique est top....une chanson de Metallica 🤘c'est rarissime!!!!

23/03/2025: I would highly recommend Hotel Riviera. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and were given a fairly large room for European standards with an amazing view of Lake Como. For $135 a night total! (after tax). The reservation also came with breakfast included, and very kind and friendly staff. I could not recommend this hotel more to a couple looking to stay in Lake Como, traveling on a tight to moderate budget.

01/10/2024: After a long walk around the lake, we enjoyed a double espresso with a stunning view of the water, accompanied by the charming chimes of bells from a beautiful nearby church. The staff went above and beyond, lighting a fire for our outdoor heating and providing warm blankets, allowing us to savor the classic Italian scenery in comfort. It was a perfect moment of warmth and beauty. Thank you !

29/10/2024: Convenient location to the ferry to reach the various locations, rooms a little demotic but clean and with a view of the lake, abundant and well-kept breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend

02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

30/12/2024: Truly beautiful and exclusive place, however neither the location nor the service or the food justify the price beyond any standard, which is really expensive. Obviously they are choices, a Ferrari costs more than a Lamborghini or an Aston Martin, however here we are not at starry levels, but in a simple little restaurant, expensive as fire, beautiful, good but not very good, but too expensive for the service produced made. However, we will happily return, even if it is expensive, it is worth it.

18/08/2024: Si pudiera dar un 0 lo haría. Hacía mucho ruido, calor y nos ignoraron durante 20 minutos. Preguntamos si podíamos pedir dos veces, pero simplemente se fueron y cuando regresaron esperaron a otras personas que vinieron tras nosotros (4 x! ). ¡Ni idea de lo que podríamos haber hecho para no recibir servicio! Después de 20 minutos nos fuimos y desayunamos en otro lugar. ¡Así que no hay recomendaciones de nuestra familia!

23/11/2024: Ordered pizzas and calzone on the spot, the incorrect total of €10 more, and then the surprise once home of discovering that inside the calzone there was an imperceptible veil of ham. Shame! One ⭐️ is really too much!!

11/11/2024: I had dinner with my daughter at this place on Father's Day. Stratospheric prices, two plates with two small pieces of meat, 50 euros and a miserable bowl of fruit salad, 10 euros! In total I spent 82 euros including drinks. The waiter rushed us, listened to our chatter and looked at us, making us understand that he wanted to close. Never again!

30/03/2025: Biblical waiting times, value for money, embarrassing, four strips of Pan carrè, toasted with butter and an anchovy for each strip, 14 euros, a real treat for the backside. We had an aperitif, they brought us three postcards with less than a handful of chips, 7 counted olives, and perhaps a dozen salted almonds, calling this an aperitif is impossible. All 35 euros I'm sorry but this is the right way to lose customers

I visited the place on August 14th and accidentally forgot my jacket at the table. After immediately calling the restaurant, I was confirmed by the staff that the jacket had been found and safely stored. However, a few days later, when I called back to arrange collection, I was suddenly told that the jacket was no longer there. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation peacefully and even my willingness to accept a refund, I received unprofessional responses and vague explanations as to how the jacket disappeared. At one point, I was even offered a refund, but after I accepted, the tone of the conversation changed completely. The owner responded aggressively, placing all the blame on me for forgetting the jacket and insinuating that I was making unfounded accusations or even extorting money from him. Their reluctance to take responsibility for items left in their care, accompanied by the owner's rude and confrontational communication, makes me question how seriously they take customer issues. The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated was truly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and urge others to be very careful if they value decent service and respectful treatment.
