22/04/2026: Strange arrival; we waited at reception for almost 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Problem getting our room. The room itself was nice, spacious, with a lake view... Pleasant staff. Breakfast was average for a 3-star hotel; everything was pre-packaged: ham, cheese, rusks...

18/04/2026: Beautiful place, super friendly staff, and mouth-watering food!! Nothing better after a nice bike ride, highly recommended!!

11/04/2026: Personal opinion: The atmosphere and food are nothing special, but average. Prices are a bit on the higher side. Regarding extra services like: Power outlets for charging mountain bikes are not available. Regarding this, if someone forgets their smartphone charger and asks the manager to lend it to you during lunch, he'll tell you that he doesn't use them.

12/05/2026: Yesterday I was with my husband, while we had to wait until dinner time, we drank a lot of delicious tea and since it was my birthday, I got a candle, they were very kind, then the delicious food was heavenly, we will return while we are here at the Lake:) Thank you very much!

11/05/2026: Beautiful setting but disastrous food. Tasteless pizza (plastic-like cheese) that seemed frozen. Pasta portion contained a maximum of 10 pasta pieces. Prices are a bit high for the quality. However, a special mention to the Dominican bartender who was very friendly.

29/05/2026: A truly beautiful location, nothing to complain about. Being from Como, I know Cernobbio well and appreciate the setting, but unfortunately the value for money was completely disappointing. Spending over €90 for two salads, a bottle of water, and two glasses of wine seemed decidedly excessive given the service we received. Added to this was a €10 cover charge for a table without a tablecloth, with insects in the way, and a rather dirty chair. Finally, when we asked for the bill at the table, the response we received was rather annoyed: we were told to go directly to the cashier. Personally, I have no problem spending, especially in locations of this caliber, but when the prices are this high, I expect attentive service, customer care, and an overall experience to match.

14/06/2025: En esta maravillosa pastelería, ubicada en el corazón de Cernobbio, a pocos pasos de la lujosa Villa d'Este, podrá encontrar los mejores pasteles, bocadillos dulces y salados, así como diversos alimentos. El personal amable y amable le ayudará a hacer de su desayuno o merienda en el Lago de Como una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Debo intentarlo!

18/12/2025: We had a great at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, full of flavour and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The host was helpful, attentive, and welcoming. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something memorable.

18/12/2025: Go for the pasta it is good, pizza is decent not what we expected from our first place in Italy. Service and atmosphere was ok seems a bit touristy. For us it was just ok, oh and they charge 7 Euros for some bread it’s a shame…
