02/11/2024: Luogo fantastico che unisce l’ottima cucina del ristorante alla possibilità di visitare una delle ville storiche più prestigiose del Nord Italia. Vista sul lago mozzafiato, percorso nel parco attraverso fontane e cascate, unite alla comodità del parcheggio riservato e alla gentilezza del personale. Davvero un’oasi felice che permette di estraniarsi per qualche ora dalla realtà

El mayor problema era que la factura era 250 euros más de lo que comíamos. Eran 750 euros pero tenían que ser 500 y dijeron que cometieron un error y lo cambiaron.
Pero el problema era que no había ningún precio de la comida en el menú! ¡Así que simplemente decides comer sin ver los precios! Entonces, ¿qué pasa si mi esposo no revisa la factura?
Aparte de esto todo era perfecto.

18/04/2025: Thanks to Mickaela and her brother Antonio for their kind welcome! The hotel is certainly a little outdated but very well located, close to the pier to go to the Bellagio AND above all it is located 800 meters on foot from Villa Carlotta and its fabulous gardens. I don't regret my choice and the value for money is great!

The hotel is in a great location to avoid having to drive and take advantage of the ferry and public transport.
For the quality of the welcome: it is a family business and they take great care to ensure that your stay is excellent! Thanks for the good addresses!
For hotel quality: we had a room with a lake view. The same as 5 star hotels 😀

Desayuno, cruasanes, daneses, pastas, sándwiches, todo lo mejor de la gama y simplemente impresionante, no puedes parar. Servicio muy eficiente y a un precio muy razonable en una configuración y ubicación increíbles.

12/05/2025: We came to this restaurant for lunch on a Monday. We immediately realized that there was no professional in the kitchen. What was served was not risotto but dry rice with saffron without much taste. We reported this to the chef de service who simply replied that the chef was off today. For the prices charged, one can expect that a good quality risotto will be served. It's a real shame but the guests don't come like that anymore.

03/06/2025: As everyone says, the view is spectacular! Great service and good food. Prices on the high side but overall a good experience. The table side tiramisu was great!
03/06/2025: Staff was excellent and food was good, but not quite what it was a few years ago. The lobster pasta dish was tasty, but way too messy to have customers extract the lobster from the shells. The squid ink risotto with lobster in 2019 was complete and outstanding with the lobster meat out of the shell. Ambiance is unchanged and wonderful, but it was our unfortunate bad luck that a large family with multiple children and nannies in tow (who did not eat!) arrived with their noisy kids. A no children under 12 or 13 rule would be appropriate for a restaurant that charges +200 for a meal.

29/10/2024: Convenient location for the ferry to reach the various locations, slightly outdated but clean rooms with a view of the lake, plentiful and nice breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend
02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time....
Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine.
Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough.
It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

03/05/2025: Very cute restaurant with very friendly and attentive servers. The dishes are very good but the real plus is the extremely comprehensive wine list. I recommend for those looking for an experience off the tourist trail!
