14/05/2024: This place was recommended to us by friends who had never been there. We read the reviews and decided to go based on them. They wouldn’t give us a glass of Prosecco so we ordered a bottle and it was really good. The risotto is fine, but we have certainly had better and many other places. The stinco on the other hand was terrible, inedible, under cooked, tough. The coniglio was OK but again we have had much better in many other places. Great friendly service and a charming place with interesting photos.

12/04/2024: Small restaurant, very customer focused. It offers typical dishes, but not only, with attention to the seasonality of the products. Nice environment, internal parking is a plus. The rooms are at the back, away from street noise. Advised

17/03/2024: Sono tornato e mi sono trovato sempre bene. La cucina è genuina e i piatti sono serviti con un tocco di raffinatezza. Il menù non è molto esteso ma ben strutturato. Unico consiglio per la squadra di cucina è quello di inserire periodicamente qualche nuova portata

28/02/2024: Among the restaurants in which I ate, this is a place where it is worth stopping to eat, I ate a first course of pasta with seafood and I could smell the sea, fresh and tasty fish, then for the second course I have no words , a freshly cut tuna carpaccio is a delight..... 17/05/2024: Oh my…. OH MY. This restaurant is what brings life together. These people, are golden. Nicolosi… is a town of legends, and this restaurant is crowned king. It felt as if we were eating in a castle… from a lost time. The dwellers of this castle are so kind and respectful. They even remembered us the second time. I speak no Italian, I am a stupid American, but no matter how dumb you are, you will order the right thing here. The desert menu is what really turned out brights on. I can’t remember what we ate… whatsoever… both times, but it was some of the best food I have ever had. But that desert was something out of a movie, always remember GET DESSERT! You will get lucky, no doubt.

28/12/2023: We went here for a quick breakfast. What's better than a nice platter of cold cuts and cured meats, a nice hot freshly squeezed tea to start the day? Furthermore you can listen to good music and there is a one-hour live connection on radio Cantù with Giulio. The owner, Giulio, is a friendly and nice person. Nice place. We'll be back!

18/05/2024: It's called a trattoria but it's a restaurant in all respects, a high-level restaurant! Few seats in a very refined environment and with a five-star, attentive and friendly service. The food is quality with typical and non-typical products, all plated with great care. I highly recommend it.

17/04/2024: The place is really cold, even the environment outside is miserable. The service is slow, between the starter and the main courses it took them a long time to prepare and bring them. The cutting board was also brought to us a little late. However, the platter with cold cuts and cheeses was excellent. The perch risotto was good, the osso bucco so and so. The salmi was good and so was the rice ball.
