The rice and perch were good, the boiled meat a bit lackluster, and the Cutigliano was good. The manager was friendly and smiling.

I was in Cantù for work, we noticed the sign on the climb, we were super satisfied with the quality of the dishes, the quantity and especially the wide choice on the menu, what can I say... I'm returning from Monza tonight with my partner to try something else. Highly recommended! The professional and courteous staff, not to mention the price!

A typical and historic Cantù restaurant.
Perfect for risottos and other traditional dishes.
We had dinner with some American colleagues.
Fantastic. The risottos and pappardelle with porcini mushrooms were fantastic.
Make sure to book because it's always full.

I went there one evening with my friends.
I would definitely go back.
Generous portions.
I'm celiac, and as soon as I told the waitress, she replied that she was too, and was able to recommend the most suitable dish.
I was really impressed and would highly recommend it.
The only shame is that the night we went, there was a very long table for at least 15 people who had booked, and it was a bit noisy.
Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Excellent osteria!
I had dinner here with my family on a Sunday evening and the experience was beyond positive!
The selection of starters and main courses was truly extensive; I would have ordered everything!
The quality of the dishes was excellent.
The atmosphere is typical of an old-fashioned osteria, warm and welcoming, rather than the cold, white, and boxy feel of somewhat pretentious restaurants. In short, the atmosphere I like.
The price was more than fair: for three appetizers, three risottos, a main course, water, wine, and coffee, it came to less than €30 each.
We went there specifically from Milan, and it was definitely worth it!

A typical trattoria, excellent value for money, with an informal yet simple trattoria atmosphere. A special mention goes to the fabric tablecloths, which is not a given for this type of food.
