The menu begins with a tour of the vegetable garden, then culminates in fish and meat before ending with a variety of dessert variations. The cuisine relies on an open fire, which means that a smoky component often accompanies the dishes. Always dosed and used deliciously. We are thrilled with this pleasure with a pure good feeling! Nicola and his colleague are on the front line looking after the guest. The service was so exceptionally friendly and good that we will remember it for a long time and we are already looking forward to the next encounter. 03/05/2024: Really a disappointment, the only positive note was the large and very thin pizza. Very hard pasta, mozzarella and tomato without flavour, very poor seasoning! The entire group of 5 left more than half on the plate. Sin! Modest price. I wouldn't go back.
