Organic enjoyment at the highest level,
You can taste the quality of the products in every dish. Here, dishes are created from just a few products, all of which taste great. The menu begins with a tour of the vegetable garden, then culminates in fish and meat before ending with a variety of dessert variations. The cuisine relies on an open fire, which means that a smoky component often accompanies the dishes. Always dosed and used deliciously. We are thrilled with this pleasure with a pure good feeling! Nicola and his colleague are on the front line looking after the guest. The service was so exceptionally friendly and good that we will remember it for a long time and we are already looking forward to the next encounter. Congratulations to all of you and thanks for the two evenings.

It was truly a very pleasant discovery!
The place is very pleasant and welcoming, tastefully furnished and adapts perfectly to the location in which it is located.
High quality dishes, cooked with great attention and using excellent local raw materials.
Courteous service.
Quite a high bill, but still in line with the level of professionalism offered!

I had other expectations about this place, let's say that we ate almost exclusively vegetables, at a very high price for what they served us. Nice place.

"Le Langhe in Franciacorta", una serata collaborativa con menu degustazione speciale creato con i cuochi dell'Osteria More e Macine di La Morra.
Due territori e due cucine tradizionali con piatti dal gusto originale, proposti con vena creativa.
Molto gustosi gli antipasti ed i primi che vengono serviti in condivisione; filosofia di certo apprezzabile anche se - personalmente - trovo discutibile la scelta di non cambiare le stoviglie, che odorano di uova e pesce, tra gli uni e gli altri.
Dei primi piace la qualità, meno la quantità: poco più di un assaggio, una cucchiaiata a testa.
Seguono capretto allo spiedo e formaggio di capra, eccellenti prodotti locali dell'agriturismo.
Per finire l'entusiasmante Torta delle rose, accompagnata da un delizioso gelato alla crema.
La cantina spazia fra etichette italiane e straniere; il sommelier completa il racconto gustativo con vini della Franciacorta e delle Langhe. Il servizio è corretto.
Si respira il clima della campagna ma l'interior design è piacevolmente elegante, in linea con avanzati standard moderni.

Simple, clean and well-kept environment.
Staff honestly a bit cold... one of the two waiters was really confusing!! I asked him for an artichoke and I had to tell him twice that the two menus were fine as they were and I only wanted one artichoke for myself.. but in the end two artichokes arrived costing €15

The combinations of the dishes I personally found some to have too much acidity or too salty... there was no balance in the dishes.
in my opinion the chef is good but he should still try on some things! It's advice that I hope I took well for him and for the restaurant!
Prices in my opinion too high in the meantime.. I don't think I will return or recommend it.. my passion has been food for many years.. and I am judging to help you! Hi thanks

Everything is excellent, the philosophy of ingredients grown on site is beautiful, meat and fish raised by them or hunted in the area.
The only flaw was that the wines chosen "surprisingly" by the sommelier turned out to be a little more expensive than expected.
Service a little confusing but still excellent.
