10/06/2026: I think it's been over 20 years since we've been in Franciacorta. It's never disappointed, and every time I say to myself, "I have to come back more often." A beautiful and original place, attentive and knowledgeable staff, excellent cuisine, and fair prices. Grazia is always very nice and kind.

15/07/2026: Embarrassing!
July 15th, lunchtime temperatures were 35 degrees outside... inside, much, much hotter! No air conditioning (I don't know if it was because of a painting)... customers with fans trying to somehow fan themselves!
I've never seen anything like it... if only all the doors were closed, thus preventing even the slightest air circulation!
Customers shouldn't be treated like this!
It's impossible to resist a table in these temperatures!

01/05/2026: A very good osteria, with authentic home-made flavors and unique pairings. We tried the cheeses, stuffed vegetables, fusilli carbonara, and gnocchi. We especially loved the gnocchi, which were incredibly fresh.
The staff was very kind and professional.
The restaurant is classic and elegant, with frescoes on the roof. The portions aren't very generous.
Not many vegetarian-only options. But still highly recommended!

23/07/2026: Aperitif followed by dinner. Tasting of dishes with unusual pairings, many unique and, I'd say, excellent. Matteo also offers excellent advice on wine pairings. Location in a historic building centrally located in the town with frescoes and views of the Sassi. Very beautiful.

19/07/2026: We were at this pizzeria a few days ago. Nice place and friendly waitresses. Not really satisfied with the pizzas. The porcini and truffle pizza was good and well-garnished. Mine was a Quattro Stagioni, but the products weren't the best in the area, almost non-existent when it came to mushrooms, artichokes, and cooked ham. However, the pizza chef makes sure to use plenty of onions. In my opinion, onions aren't good on the Quattro Stagioni. The dough and mozzarella were very good. The desserts were very good. The price was a bit exaggerated for three pizzas, a mixed soda beer, a water, a Coke, and three desserts. 93 euros. I don't know if I'd want to go back.
18/07/2026: Now, in terms of management and value for money, it's a shadow of the place it was years ago, like so many others.
The pizzas are bland and lack ingredients, with only mozzarella and vegetables.
A cover charge of 2.70, and not even any breadsticks.
We agreed to a table away from the oven, so we sat at the table next to it.
We had two quarters of the pizza left over to take home, and he charged us 0.60 for the takeout box.
Disappointing, we won't be returning, and we certainly won't be doing good publicity for a place that doesn't deserve it at all.

20/06/2026: A very nice place serving Lebanese cuisine accompanied by a selection of cocktails, craft beers, and interesting wines.
All excellent.
Suitable for a casual dinner and, of course, an aperitif.
In the summer, the outdoor garden by the river is very beautiful and relaxing.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
We've also tried takeout several times (due to various lockdowns) and I must say it's always been perfect.
We've been coming here for years now and have ALWAYS had a great time.
