Trattoria Pizzeria da Diego In Palazzolo sull'oglio

We were at this pizzeria a few days ago. Nice place and friendly waitresses. Not really satisfied with the pizzas. The porcini and truffle pizza was good and well-garnished. Mine was a Quattro Stagioni, but the products weren't the best in the area, almost non-existent when it came to mushrooms, artichokes, and cooked ham. However, the pizza chef makes sure to use plenty of onions. In my opinion, onions aren't good on the Quattro Stagioni. The dough and mozzarella were very good. The desserts were very good. The price was a bit exaggerated for three pizzas, a mixed soda beer, a water, a Coke, and three desserts. 93 euros. I don't know if I'd want to go back.

large pizza on very thin crust which is nice, the toppings where unfortunately low quality and very cheap to the point it ruins the experince i would rather pay 5eur more and get a nice one,which is a shame because otherwise the place is nice, full of character and the stuff was nice.maybe i ordered the wrong pizza because the place was packed.you can do better Diego!

A very simple pizzeria, but the pizza is very good, especially for those looking for a pizza that isn't too thick. The super-thin and super-stuffed flatbread version is highly recommended.
