Fantastic sushi, the best between Brescia and Bergamo. Exceptional raw materials, all very fresh, made on the spot. Really friendly staff and owner who make you feel at home. I highly recommend it.

Definitely the best sushi in Palazzolo and the surrounding area. Excellent fish quality and original and sophisticated sauce, fish, and rice combinations. The staff is very attentive both to service and to making customers feel at ease. It was our first time here (and certainly not our last), and the staff treated us favorably, even offering us some uramaki to try new combinations. The two of us tried several special nigiri and various types of uramaki, gyoza, and spring rolls—everything was truly delicious! The only "flaw" is that there are no chairs, only stools, which can cause back pain over time. However, it's easy to see that this is a sushi place designed for takeout, so it's natural that there are limited seating and limited space. Maybe one day they'll expand and offer more comfortable seating!

Tried it twice, always excellent. Small but cozy place, all dishes are freshly prepared, and it's fun to see the process firsthand. The owner is truly kind and helpful.

I wanted a change from the usual all-you-can-eat fare, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I thought it was out of this world! The aromas and flavors were perfectly balanced. I wanted to eat in, and the owner was very kind in explaining that they only had a limited number of seats and the atmosphere was more casual than formal. Much better. We relaxed, and the price was also reasonable.
