21/09/2025: Awesome skewer, truly, truly delicious. Cooked to perfection. Friendly owner, even if he doesn't know a thing about MotoGP riders. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
20/08/2025: Finally, a place that's up to date with 2025, offering a wide selection of vegan options. Excellent pizza and piadinas. Friendly staff. They make vegan pizza with rice mozzarella. Excellent!

20/08/2025: Excellent value for money.
Very fresh raw fish.
Wide selection of dishes, both hot and cold, and the option to have your fish grilled on the spot.
Desserts are included in the price.
It's one of my favorite all-you-can-eat restaurants.

01/07/2025: We stopped to drink something fresh, aperitifs so so, we had 2 mojitos (drank much better) 1 pirlo and a non-alcoholic spent 27 euros without having as an "accompany" NOTHING (crisps, peanuts etc etc) place? If you like eating among the exhaust pipes and fumes of cars and fake scooters the place is right. Negative experience in all. I do not recommend it. I would add poor and pitiful aperitifs.. not even in Rimini did I pay 8 euros for 1 Mojito.. And from the owner's response you can see all his education. I assure you that I go out every weekend. You should learn to make aperitifs that were embarrassing. "Accompagno" is Italian if you don't know the language sign up for evening school. And keep your little history lesson for yourself.

19/07/2025: What can I ask? I don't even know it, and therefore I don't frequent it.
But this, aside from my opinion on the matter, doesn't matter; Vio doesn't take away the fact that it's a commercial establishment, and the best.
I've been there from outside, and the scenic image of the place is beautiful.

05/10/2025: We went last night for dinner and it was practically impossible to eat the various sushi due to the overcooked rice, but the rest was edible.
The owner, informed of the incident, did not correct the situation in any way, demonstrating disrespect towards the customers.
The price advertised online was around 20 euros, but in reality, even though we only ordered water, it was around 30 euros.
Not recommended, and we won't be returning.
09/09/2025: This is my fifth time there, and I have to say the place is truly beautiful. They recently renovated it, and it's very elegant now.
Some dishes were delicious, while others were a bit salty, but overall everything was good.
The only flaw was the service, which was really slow: I waited about 20 minutes for my first course.
Despite this, I recommend it because the menu is very extensive and offers many more options than other restaurants.

Even the platter: 4 slices of pizza and little more.
A truly terrible review.

Brace ViVa Palazzolo

26/04/2025: Locale molto ampio, situato all'ultimo piano del centro commerciale vicino all'autostrada, è specializzato nella carne alla brace (cucinata a vista), ma offre una scelta pressochè infinita di pizze, anche con impasti speciali (si paga un extra),
con la possibilità di schiacciarla (ma si paga non poco anche per questo) o di farla a forma di treccia, aggiungere ingredienti, ecc. .
Il menu è estremamente vasto, sin troppo; la pizza è preparata con forni elettrici di ultima generazione, per cui risulta morbida e umida al punto giusto.
Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità; abbiamo speso 53,50€ per tre pizze, due bottiglie di acqua e due caffè.
Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, perchè gli ingredienti sono indubbiamente freschi e scelti con cura.
Locale adatto anche a gruppi numerosi.
