12/07/2024: had lunch on a hot Friday in July: Characteristic location, well kept, clean. the waitress who receives me does so with a smile and choose where to sit without "imposing" any table on me. Once seated he arrives and offers me the off-menu which I choose without hesitation: burrata with raw ham and paccheri with beef ragout and mushrooms. The fresh burrata is excellent as well as raw, tasty and not greasy. Pacchero slightly "overcooked" with cooking but the ragu is exquisite, tasty but not salty, excellent for the final "slipper"! I finish with coffee and the bill is absolutely proportionate to the quality of the food and service. You absolutely must try this local and historical reality that keeps the tradition of good homemade and genuine food alive!

24/07/2024: The Casonsei from Brescia made with grandmother Caterina's method are simply wonderful, superb in their simplicity. The sirloin in courgette and mint cream is also delicious and very popular. A special thanks to Federico who was able to advise on the best pairing of food with the right bubbles, a fresh and perfect Franciacorta from the area based on pure Pinot Noir. I will go back without a shadow of a doubt

20/06/2024: Ottimo ristorante! Personale gentile ed attento. Siamo andati con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo accordati prima per definire il menu in base ai nostri gusti. Antipasti caldi e freddi ottimi e non banali, seguiti da un bis di primi e tagliata. 5 stelle per il risotto! Tutto davvero ottimo!!

16/08/2024: Excellent trattoria/restaurant in Gussago, warm environment, attentive, kind and competent staff. We had dinner for two, ordering a shared starter, first course, second course, side dishes and a dessert, spending less than 40 euros per person. All very good.

15/08/2024: Delicious takeaway skewer with polenta, potatoes and cork for the polenta. A delicacy for connoisseurs, properly cooked and traditional flavours. An excellent habit that we indulge in in the winter season. Appointments to be repeated soon. Tradition respected again this year, spit on August 15th. Always delicious, mouth-watering. Now with Davide and Marci we continue the tradition... great people, great entrepreneurs and at Campagnola you always feel at home... and if you eat out... you feel like you're on holiday. Great quality of food both in business lunches and à la carte. Great competence and spirit of adaptation, renewal and change. Impeccable service and old-fashioned courtesy. For us a guarantee, even though we travel a lot for work and leisure, here we are sure to find what we are looking for, excellent food, impeccable wine list and also "killer coffee" to be the envy of the best places in Milan and London... smile, professionalism, all with an absolutely appreciable and incontrovertible quality-price ratio! 15/08/2024: Very famous restaurant for the spit in our area...I still have to compliment you because I ate everything really well, in addition to the spit which was phenomenal... Today there was the mid-August menu and even though the restaurant was fully booked and being a celebration, everything they brought us was up to par with the lunch!!! Everything exceptional 👌
