25/02/2025: Excellent restaurant in Franciacorta. Tasty flavors of the dishes, traditional and local! We tried the appetizers, some first courses, super tender beef in oil, melt-in-your-mouth spit, sardines, bacon, desserts! All very tasty, accompanied by a top wine🍷 Prices totally normal for the high quality of the products. Very welcoming and at the same time discreet service. The place is warm and intimate, a family and elegant atmosphere, very clean! I'll be back 😄

08/03/2025: Excellent pizza Friendly staff Nice environment. I highly recommend you book, unfortunately one evening I showed up without a reservation and couldn't find a place. I was very sorry even though the owner was still kind and resentful for not being able to accommodate us. I want to add that we returned with a reservation for dinner tonight and that my husband noticed that two courses were missing from the bill, he came back to pay the difference and the owner was super kind, even giving us a bottle of wine! A thousand thanks!!

08/03/2025: Cena del sabato sera con amici. Il locale propone cucina tipica bresciana ben assortita con porzioni abbondanti. Locale rustico tipico di una trattoria con tavoli ristretti. L' aspettativa in una trattoria bresciana sarebbe di degustare prodotti locali e cibo lavorato all' interno della struttura ( es casoncelli o pasta fatta all' interno) e i non prodotti industriali che vengono serviti ( pasta e casoncelli e salumi). Spiedo discreto. Prezzo nella media delle trattorie locali.

07/03/2025: In the heart of France Corta this tavern is a real gem for those who want to indulge in simplicity with class. In addition to an obviously wide selection of wines, the menu is truly delicious and assorted with typical local dishes, including meat and fish. We shared a casoncello from Brescia with mago filling. We split 2 side dishes, potatoes and crispy vegetables, and had a suckling pig in sweet and sour sauce and beef in oil with polenta. Everything really cared for and exquisite. And finally 2 desserts, let's say to end on a high note. All accompanied by a brut blanc de Blanche from the area, really, really good, fine, and which also lends itself very well as an aperitif. I definitely recommend it!

20/01/2025: I have been there several times to eat and on all occasions I have eaten very well. A place serving traditional cuisine that also offers reinterpretations and with an eye on lake fish, excellent quality like the wine list and the staff. In hot weather you can eat outside in the shade of a magnificent wisteria.

23/02/2025: Sono appena tornato da questo agriturismo, basta con la solita cosa che indipendentemente da quello che mangi si paga un prezzo fisso basta basta basta, A questo punto vado in un bel ristorante e spendo per quello che mangio e bevo. Eravamo in tre per il secondo ho dovuto decidere al momento della prenotazione, arriviamo, parcheggio indecente, posto normale, da agriturismo, ci sediamo , vino,( un rossa cantina Ciapel da 8 euro e due bottiglie di acqua, ci fanno accomodare e ci dicono , voi di secondo avete il brasato, vi porto un antipasto per tre e diciamo ok, neanche si sognano di chiedere se volevamo il primo, e chiaramente nessun menù, ci mangiamo un buon antipasto affettati buoni e insalata russa con delle cipolle borettane e un cucchiaio di giardiniera, passiamo poi al brasato con polenta, e poi tre fette di meringata normalissima e tre caffè. Totale del conto 105 euro, secondo me se pagavamo 80 euro era gia caro. Non ho mangiato male, ma il conto è troppo alto io sono uno che gira parecchio, e sono stufo che tutti gli agriturismo facciamo questi prezzi fissi indipendentemente da quello che mangi, è ora di finirla , fate un menu con il prezzo dei piatti e io spendo in base a quello che scelgo, da ricordarsi che addirittura il secondo ho dovuto deciderlo alla prenotazione. Mi dispiace ma così non va bene.

13/03/2025: We went to this restaurant for a birthday. Excellent food, friendly and quick waiters. We took the menu with a first course and the skewer. All very good. I will definitely go back and recommend it for anyone who wants to try typical Brescian dishes.

27/03/2025: Choosing to go to Dina was a culinary experience that went beyond a simple dinner. Already from the entrance you could feel a welcoming atmosphere, but nothing was as refined as the cellar where we dined. The service was impeccable, with attentive and prepared staff. The true undisputed protagonist was chef Alberto Gipponi, whose deep knowledge of the material is reflected in each of his dishes and in the explanations that accompany the service. The cannelloni all'aria, the bianco su bianco and the soufflé with red turnip are absolutely worth eating: icons that fully identify the creativity and innovation of sensorial cuisine. The only thing we didn't understand was: how can a restaurant of this caliber not yet have received the star recognition (considering the whole, the correct number would be two)? I highly recommend it! We will be back.
