Excellent pizza, typical with a thick crust, made with very good ingredients. The staff is friendly and can offer advice if you're unsure. The place is casual, with plenty of space; reservations are recommended.

The pizza was excellent. We ordered the "verace" pizza with a platter and a calzone, and everything was delicious, made with quality ingredients. The draft beers were also very good. However, we waited almost an hour for the pizzas, and in the end, we forgot about dessert because no one, after bringing us the menu, came back to take our order. The place was packed, and there was an event going on at the same time, which may have caused some issues with table management.

I was there in the winter, and they kindly told me that the summer is also very welcoming. The authentic pizza, finally explained and tasted, is a true Neapolitan pleasure. Other dishes are also worth trying. The only shame is the limited parking nearby, but... the square for parking is very close.

02/05/2026: An elegant restaurant, a single room with a few round tables, all with a touch of class. Precise preparation and exquisite presentation. Everything is excellent, starting with the two owners, one of whom is the chef, who make you feel welcome and at ease and are always very helpful.
29/03/2026: We chose the Gaudio restaurant with the Gurmantico menu, and we can honestly say we made a great choice. We had a wonderful experience in every way. The food is excellent: high-quality ingredients, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and truly refined presentation. You can clearly sense the passion and attention that goes into every course. Special praise also goes to the wait staff, who present the dishes with great professionalism and expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. I have to be honest: the first impression upon arrival, especially regarding the exterior and parking lot, left us a bit perplexed from an aesthetic point of view. However, this impression was completely repaid once we sat down: the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended
