Tasting menu and wide selection of alternatives to the menu. Excellent wine list. The service is very professional and attentive to the customer. The venue is also very elegant with a pleasant lake view.

09/02/2025: We had dinner a few days ago. Restaurant of the hotel of the same name on the lakeside of Desenzano, deserted since it is February but in summer it must be crowded. Good quality dishes, not beautiful (example: amberjack appetizer) but the right portions for the type of restaurant. Veranda facing the street with a very nice lake view, the tables are a perfect size for two, an environment embellished with a clean but refined design. Service ok but the attitude in the room could be improved (the portion of the room where the tables were concentrated is small, you could hear the waiters murmuring to each other all the time). Ok account considering the place overall. Worth trying again in the summer.

20/01/2025: Ottimo servizio, il proprietario e i collaboratori sono molto cordiali e disponibili. I prodotti sono di prima qualità. Sia le tigelle che gli gnocchi fritti sono serviti ben caldi e cotti a puntino, lo gnocco fritto ha inoltre un ottima doratura.

12/02/2025: Пришла за 40 минут до закрытия на послеобеденный перерыв, сказали, кухня закрыта. То, что лежало на витрине, только на вынос. Так как я шла туда 40 мин, надеясь успеть поесть и не успела, попросила хотя бы бокал вина. Меня послали… При этом, зашла знакомая бармена, её начали обслуживать уже при мне. Клиентов там было достаточно, кто с вином, кто с едой. Неожиданно разочаровали.

I went by chance with a friend for lunch at this place that I didn't know and I was pleasantly surprised by the great variety of choice, excellent quality and very honest prices, fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Informal, welcoming and well-kept place. I will definitely be back! 👍

03/02/2025: Se siete amanti della cucina siciliana, non potete perdervi questo angolo di Sicilia a Desenzano del Garda! Il locale offre una selezione di specialità tipicche siciliane di altissima qualità, ognuna delle quali racconta la tradizione siciliana in modo autentico. L'atmosfera è accogliente e familiare, e il personale è super preparato e disponibile, sempre pronto a consigliare il meglio delle specialità locali. Un'esperienza che non solo soddisfa il palato, ma anche l'anima. Ogni visita è un piccolo viaggio in Sicilia, e non vedo l'ora di tornarci per scoprire sempre nuove prelibatezze! Da non perdere,in estate, le granite al pistacchio o alla mandorla accompagnate dall'immancabile "brioscia 'ccu tuppu"! Consigliatissimo per chi cerca il vero sapore della Sicilia!

23/12/2024: Un difetto devo proprio trovarlo (ma che fatica!!!), allora dico che questo locale dovrebbe essere grande almeno per 10 volte rispetto all'attuale dimensione. Mi sono fermato incuriosito dall'insegna è all'interno, a primo impatto, ho trovato e provato un sano calore ed un forte senso di famiglia, di autenticità e di genuinità. Guardando il banco ho immediatamente notato degli arancini al tartufo (mai visti da nessuna parte) e non ho esitato ad assaggiarlo: letteralmente pazzesco!!!!! Incentivato, ho continuato con una degustazione di tutto ciò che sono riuscito a mangiare (tutto fresco): rustici e arancini di tutte le forme e specie (ho assaporato quelli alla carne di cavallo, con pescespada, al ragù, alla melanzana, con wurstel, prosciutto e mozzarella) con risultato analogo al primo assaggio. in Buona sostanza sia la competenza della manifattura che la qualità della materia prima fanno la differenza. Complimenti sinceri!!!! A casa ho portato i dolci (cannoli e una cassata siciliana) che ho condiviso con i miei ospiti unitamente al panettone artigianale: mia moglie ha gioito dei commenti. In ultimo, ma non ultimo, il pane che sembra una biosce saporita e flagrante al tempo stesso. Sono quasi imbarazzato a scrivere tutto questo, ma è la semplice verità. Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio.
