Beautiful, welcoming atmosphere, very helpful staff. Pasta caccio e pepe and carbonara are spectacular. Rome in Schilaprio. The atmosphere is also suitable for children and all ages.

Update 09/2025 With the new management, you can now order dishes from the owners' local area: Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana No. 1! We come to Schilpario as often as we can, both in the winter (for cross-country skiing) and in the summer to cool off in the pine forest. This bar is a must-visit: the hamburger sandwich is delicious.
