14/09/2025: At Carmelina, pizza has a special gift: it disappears before it even becomes pizza. Served quickly, half raw, with so few ingredients it looked like a demo version of a video game. It was red, but above all white... in short, more than a Margherita, it looked like an A4 sheet of paper with two brushstrokes of tomato sauce. If it were contemporary art, it would have won an award. If it were pizza... well, let's just say it could use a few summer re-dos...

30/08/2025: I ordered a 4 Stagioni and it had seeded olives and sausages, which I've never seen on a pizza like this. Furthermore, the pizza was completely raw underneath and the crust was half burned. It was a very bad experience.

06/09/2025: Aperitif on the terrace. Cocktails are well-prepared according to the IBA guidelines, avoiding the bizarre inventions increasingly found in Pietra, where people try to innovate without having the necessary expertise...

30/08/2025: We happened upon it by chance for an aperitif, and seeing the kindness of the staff, we booked for dinner, and we were right to do so... impeccable, fast, and professional service, excellent, plentiful food... we'll be back. 5 stars aren't enough.

09/10/2025: The pizza was very good and the coffee too, I felt at home

20/09/2025: We visited this place, ordering two focaccias with speck and two medium beers. When we placed our order, we asked a legitimate question about the pizza with speck, zucchini, and mozzarella (whether it was without tomato sauce). The waitress's response, rather than being courteous, was rude and condescending, as if the question were trivial. In a restaurant, however, there are no "obvious" questions: customers always deserve respect and helpfulness. To make matters worse, the two beers were served five minutes apart, rather than together, and the restrooms didn't allow the door to be locked, a detail that affects customer comfort. The product itself (focaccia with added brie) was decent, but the unfriendly and arrogant service left a decidedly negative impression. We definitely won't return and won't recommend the place, especially for groups or motorcycle clubs, who are looking for a very different experience. Paid €33 for two focaccias with speck and two medium beers.

02/05/2025: We went today for a drink, they asked us if we wanted a small plate but didn't say we had to pay. Surprise at the checkout: €2 more per drink for a saucer that was for one person. Never again

26/04/2025: I had a great time here at Bagni San Giovanni. Everyone is nice and helpful... Excellent price, all the comforts 👍

21/09/2025: The cocktails we drank were okay. The snacks served with them (chips, nuts, olives) were also okay. The atmosphere was super cool.

14/08/2025: We were there last year, and they have the best piña colada ever! I'm currently drinking a really bad cocktail at a beach bar, so I'm reminded of it. We'll definitely go back :)

18/10/2025: Food: frozen and old-fashioned taste Service: a single girl with a judgmental look and no desire to work, we waited 20 minutes to order, they charged for the cutlery when the mise en place left much to be desired (not to mention the oil, salt, etc.) Atmosphere: decor, chairs, tables, napkins, etc. All from 20 years ago. Ugly, ugly.

17/09/2025: We stopped by the restaurant yesterday at 6:40 p.m., the doors were open. We stood and studied the menus. An older woman from the waiting room watched us with a grim expression...we thought we'd sit outside on a chair. Then a younger woman from the waiting room came over and spoke to us accusingly. We don't open until 7:00 p.m. Why can't you politely indicate a seat, but still hand out a menu. Maybe serve a drink later? We left disappointed...what a pity.

22/10/2025: Lunch at Lo Scoglio in Pietra Ligure was a memorable experience! The fried fish was exceptional, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, so fresh. Not to mention the dessert, a truly spectacular finale that rounded off the meal in style! Impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere; a must-see restaurant for anyone who loves good seafood and authentic flavors.

11/10/2025: A truly exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in until the last bite, everything was perfect. The staff was welcoming, kind, and always attentive to every detail. The dishes were meticulously crafted, not only in their presentation but also in their flavors: the freshest ingredients, balanced pairings, and generous portions. A place where wine is the star—highly recommended for those who love to discover and savor with pleasure! 🍷

10/10/2025: I felt very understood despite my celiac disease, which is labeled AiC. I had a gluten-free pizza, unsure whether it was store-bought, but it was still very tasty and highly recommended! The regular pizza was also said to be very good, as was the tiramisu. There is a gluten-free option, but I didn't try it. The service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the courtyard is beautifully designed.

23/12/2024: So apart from the pizza, it's not bad, the rest was rejected, from the beer served in the glass of water only 33cl paid as an average, to the old and unkept environment, not to mention the fairly high bill.

02/11/2024: I went to this pub restaurant with my girlfriend last night. We didn't have a good time. Too long waits. We didn't like dinner. We tried several dishes but no cooking. Good pizza. My girlfriend even got angry with me. Once upon a time we ate better. I am sorry . It also became expensive.

07/09/2025: I see a bakery with all the lights on at around 7:30 in the morning. I try to open the sliding door without trying too hard, and I hear someone yelling, "WE OPEN AT 9!!! You just need to know how to read." In short, even if it were the best bread in the world, given this, I'll never go there again. Kudos to you for your kindness.

05/09/2025: We made a reservation last night for two people. We were greeted by Flora, who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She seated us at an outdoor table, in a beautiful setting with meticulous attention to detail. We ordered two pizzas, one with a special twist, and they were very accommodating. The pizzas arrived very quickly and were equally delicious. To conclude the evening, we ordered a chocolate cake, which was truly delicious and beautifully plated. Afterward, we went to the cashier to chat with Davide, who was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed it, and will definitely be back next time we come to Liguria.

27/08/2025: At 10 a.m., the croissants are sold out. The prices for croissants and coffee are exorbitant. The outdoor tables are often poorly cleaned due to the lack of waiters (why not hire more?).

03/08/2025: Fantastic baked good, very tasty coffee and friendly helpful people. I enjoyed having a small breakfast here in the morning and would come again and again :)

23/10/2025: The staff were incredibly friendly, the outside was very nice, but the food gave me stomachaches. Prices were completely overpriced. So, unfortunately, an absolute no-go.

18/10/2025: Excellent restaurant and osteria in the heart of Pietra Ligure. Friendly staff, excellent first courses and fresh mixed fried fish. Unfortunately, I'm just passing through.

18/08/2025: The staff only speaks Italian, there is no translation of the menu cards into another language. The ordered dish was served without rice, although it was indicated when ordering.

17/08/2025: Nice restaurant with a wide selection of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. The Thai noodles, sushi, and Chinese dishes are excellent; the spring rolls and steamed dumplings aren't as good, but two dishes out of everything I ate isn't average... The portions aren't overly generous, but they're perfect for an all-you-can-eat experience. Good value for money. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very attentive to customer needs. I'll definitely be back.

17/09/2025: Frosty reception for poor spoken Italian on the phone to order takeaway pizzas. Accused of not speaking Italian well enough!! Requested a sachet of hot oil for the pizzas while showing a sachet of sugar on the counter to try to make myself understood... incomprehension from the waitress who said but that's sugar!! In short, never again, even if the pizzas weren't bad
