The Ranch In Pietra ligure

A good steakhouse, recommended for a quick dinner. The selection of burgers and meats is varied. Fast service.

We've been frequenting this restaurant for many years, practically since it opened, and we've always been satisfied with both the food and the service. We've seen many changes to the place, but fortunately, the quality of the food has remained the same, even though the presentation has changed over the years. That doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Today, unfortunately, due to our own fault, we arrived late for our reservation, and I was pleasantly impressed by the speed with which the food was prepared, which was always excellent. Unfortunately, arriving late meant we were very close to closing time, and, also due to the bike race, we had to rush through our meal a bit, when we would have loved to enjoy it more slowly. Anyway, thanks, keep up the good work.

Fast service, delicious artisanal burgers, amazing homemade fries and everything very light compared to fast food.

The best burger I've had in years. I discovered this great place by chance with my sister after returning from the Santa Corona hospital.

We've been to the restaurant on two occasions. The first time we ordered sandwiches, which we all enjoyed. The second time, during the all-you-can-eat ribs day, I'd say absolutely not: ribs overly smothered in sauce, lacking the flavor of good grilled or barbecued meat. So, while the rating would have been between 4 and 5 stars, the other would have been 1/2 star. However, in trying to give an objective assessment, I think a three-star rating is fair.

The sandwiches are good. The cuts of meat weren't very inspiring.

A typical steak house with decor reminiscent of Texas or southern Mexico. The staff is friendly, and the menu features mostly burgers (no T-bones or similar cuts). Overall, I liked it.

It was an excellent experience shared with my friends (some of us had been wanting to try it for a while) and we were pleasantly surprised. Although I personally tend to prefer more traditional dishes, I must point out that The Ranch stands out from the competition for its excellent location in Pietra Ligure, but also for its evident research into selecting the quality with which to pamper and surprise its customers. Praise also goes to the friendliness of the staff and their promotions so we can see each other again.
