The Ranch In Pietra ligure

We had dinner on a pretty busy night, so the service suffered, but that's to be expected. I had the chili con carne and it was amazing, then I ordered a set of 8 ribs, but they fell short; they definitely weren't up to par with the chili. My friends all had burgers, and they weren't bad at all. I'll be back to try some meat.

The place is run by kind and courteous staff. It's perhaps a little cramped, but it's well-maintained, located practically on the Aurelia road and very close to the beach. It offers classic fast food, but good quality. I find it a bit pricey: a sandwich with a Coke and fried onion rings with a coffee, the latter of which I ordered at the counter, came to €33 total. It's a shame because it's a nice idea.

Excellent restaurant, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who also recommend dishes to satisfy the customer, including complete dishes with side dishes and drinks. There's a small flaw with the group bill. I collect the money, otherwise the clerk will kindly and patiently do separate bills, but you have to give her time to process them as she uses a self-service checkout. Otherwise, I recommend it for the quality of the food and service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A steakhouse-style establishment, reminiscent of the more famous chains but with a more varied and interesting selection, including local dishes. The menu is extensive, including burgers, pinsas, wraps, grilled meats, and various other appetizers. We started with some appetizers: onion rings and fugasin, a type of fried bread served with a truly delicious sauce. Everything was tasty and well-prepared. For main courses, we had a wrap and a slice of chicken breast (perhaps a little small in size) accompanied by crispy potatoes, really well-made. The draft red beer was honest and pleasant. A strong point was definitely the staff: all the girls in the dining room were very kind, smiling, and approachable, making us feel immediately at ease. Prices were average: not cheap considering the price, but not excessive either, especially considering the area. The public parking right in front of the establishment is also convenient. Positive experience, I would go back.

What do you expect from a place like this? An excellent burger, fast and friendly service, and great value! Plus, a well-kept and clean environment. Well, I found all of this. I highly recommend it.

We've been frequenting this restaurant for many years, practically since it opened, and we've always been satisfied with both the food and the service. We've seen many changes to the place, but fortunately, the quality of the food has remained the same, even though the presentation has changed over the years. That doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Today, unfortunately, due to our own fault, we arrived late for our reservation, and I was pleasantly impressed by the speed with which the food was prepared, which was always excellent. Unfortunately, arriving late meant we were very close to closing time, and, also due to the bike race, we had to rush through our meal a bit, when we would have loved to enjoy it more slowly. Anyway, thanks, keep up the good work.
