14/03/2024: The menu is not huge but adequate for a diversified choice. Food clearly genuine and cooked properly. We all tried different dishes, all excellent. Delicious 'nduja tagliatelle. To be picky, the Ligurian rabbit was good but a little overcooked for my tastes. The staff is clearly experienced and very available to the customer's needs (e.g. intolerances). Only the place, although absolutely clean, including the bathrooms, is showing its age and needs to be modernised... Having gone in the evening (and it was raining) we were unable to visit the outside of the place which I am told is an interesting visit. Reasonable prices.

25/02/2024: Ristorante che trasuda genuinità e tradizione. Unione tra cucina tipica ligure e tipica toscana, con le gentilezza d’altri tempi della famiglia che porta avanti questo ristorante con la passione e l’affetto di chi ospita amici a pranzo o a cena. Unico tasto dolente è non poter resistere alla panna cotta di Barbara che manda all’aria la possibilità di fare la dieta…tante volte ho provato a non ordinarla senza mai riuscirci.

19/02/2024: Pleasant place, few tables, simple, familiar. The artichoke pie on fondue is excellent, the cardamom pudding is very good. Unfortunately, the octopus with olives and capers was cold and there were too many capers.

16/02/2024: Abbiamo aprezzato molto l’ Osteria del tempo stretto, e Consigliamo questo piccolo tesoro di ristorante . Cortesia, e qualità, tradizione ligure rivisitata, accogliente e organizzato con bel arredamento. Tutte le portate sono di grande qualità , accompagnate dalla gentilezza . La posizione non è delle migliori ma la Liguria ’ anche questa, sulla via Aurelia sul rettilineo della piana di Albenga zona agricola di passaggio e dietro ad una pompa di benzina comunque ben visibile, ma il luogo esterno è’ inversamente proporzionale al mondo gentile e accurato del ristorante/osteria . Eccezionali i vini scelti molto bene e i dolci tutti fatti in cucina dalla chef . Un brillante nel verde della piana d’ Albenga. Il prezzo decisamente equo, non caro . Torneremo. Lo consigliamo . Ad. 01/04/2024: Tried this place for an aperitif Formula which includes a glass of wine included in the cold cuts or cheese platters... we went inside the place... very welcoming... but totally unsatisfactory service. We ordered some red wine... they need another one... because the one ordered on their advice was no longer available. To our question about what they were serving us as an alternative, the waiter couldn't answer...nor did he bother to find out. Tried the cold cuts board...good quality...the cheese board was a real disappointment...very little variety and bypass quantity. The courtesy of the owners is appreciable... and the location.... but for the rest I really don't think I'll go back, a real disappointment
