I tried this restaurant while attending Grandma's pudding festival in Leca d'Albenga. The chef cooked tripe. I was blown away! One of the best tripe I've ever eaten. I'll definitely book when it reopens.

Excellent menu, all delicious. World-championship minestrone. The pesto gnocchi are top-notch. For my second course, I always order the tripe, the best in the province. Every dish is made fresh every day, and the Russian salad is a crowd-pleaser. Lots of different options to please everyone. Reservations are a must; it's always packed. The dining room service, coordinated by Leo, is truly professional.
