10/05/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at this beautiful place for our wedding in May. A truly beautiful and welcoming location, surrounded by a lush, well-kept garden and furnished with 20th-century retro objects. The aperitif was generous, with several food stations and all sorts of small appetizers. The classic lunch courses were excellent, from appetizers to main courses (no dessert, as we opted for that only for the wedding cake). The portions were small but adequate, and the ever-attentive waiters were careful to ask guests if they'd like a second helping (some even had the nerve to ask for three). The open bar we chose was excellent, even in practice, with no consumption limits and no set time. We celebrated until late at night, focusing only on our own enjoyment. Everything was excellent, from the cuisine to the service, the decorations, and above all, the friendliness of the owners, always available and attentive. What can I say... congratulations to everyone for helping make our day unforgettable!

12/08/2025: It's undoubtedly the best focaccia in Loano and beyond! Quality and courtesy seem to have found the perfect combination in a small, characteristic Ligurian alley. This is the oldest and most historic bakery. I highly recommend it!

14/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on June 28, 2025, at Ristorante Il Monastero in Millesimo, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From our first meeting, Matteo proved to be incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive: he guided us step by step, not only with the reception itself, but also with everything related to the party organization. Always present, always ready to accommodate us, even beyond his own expertise, he made us feel in safe hands right from the start. The quality of the food was exceptional: all our guests enjoyed the dishes throughout the evening, and many wrote to us in the days that followed to reiterate how wonderful they had eaten. The cuisine is refined, with attention to detail and impeccable service. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the maitre d', a young and talented woman who managed everything with professionalism, precision, and attention, ensuring the service was elegant, punctual, and always discreet. The Monastery exceeded our expectations: not only is it a charming and welcoming venue, but also a team that works with great passion and dedication. The evening was perfect down to the smallest detail, from the organization to the presentation of the dishes. To conclude, we chose to stay at the Relais del Monastero: fresh, clean, and comfortable rooms, and the next morning a rich, varied, and delicious breakfast awaited us, with both sweet and savory options. A wonderful way to end our most important day in style. We are truly thrilled with our choice: the Monastero di Millesimo has become a place dear to our hearts, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a special location for their wedding. 24/04/2026: A very charming restaurant, it has a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the sea (the outdoor terrace is also open in the summer). The menu includes both traditional Piedmontese dishes and traditional Ligurian fish. We ate well; the fried fish was excellent (just the right amount of flavor, very lightly breaded). The swordfish was delicious, even though it was frozen. For dessert, we had a chocolate cake with chili pepper, very special! I don't know if they intended it to be a classic chocolate cake with a soft center; the inside was too soft for that. I had already been there once last year, and I remember having a better meal. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. The price is in line with a seafood restaurant in Liguria, but the menu has all the prices clearly stated on the website.

20/09/2025: A charming residence! The residence isn't huge, but it's very well-maintained, clean, and quiet. We stayed in a split-level studio apartment, with the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. I was worried the ceilings might be low, but instead, the entire apartment is airy and well-furnished. Our bedroom window overlooked the pool, but we also had a view of the sea. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. They even included a beach umbrella in the price. Pool umbrellas and loungers are always included. The restaurant is also excellent, offering pizza, Ligurian specialties (the fried anchovies are excellent), and even Thai cuisine. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility and relaxation.

29/12/2025: I've been eating pizza here for a while. Recently, I found hair baked into my pizza. It's a shame, the pizza is good, but this is the third time in a row. Unfortunately, I won't eat here again because it's no longer hygienic. Please check your employees' hair situation. EDIT: The owner is very unprofessional; look at how he responds to negative reviews, not just mine. He could have simply apologized, but I guess I hurt his ego.

09/04/2026: god polco good food but 3 hours to get 2 awful dishes while the other tables were getting their food it took them more than 1 hour to bring us the first courses and then they ended up saying that the kitchen was closing

12/02/2026: Renovated decor, walls painted by a very young artist, with charming Chinese characters. The menu has been expanded and significantly improved, with more carefully prepared dishes; both in quantity and quality.

But above all, the service is commendable: it's friendly and very, very friendly; the owners' two sons are so kind that they're almost old-fashioned. Congratulations!
