29/06/2024: Locale in linea come lo standard della catena. Bello l’allestimento degli interni e cameriere educatissime. Buona la scelta del menù abbiamo assaggiato varie cose divise e ci è piaciuto tutto. Compreso i dolce non in foto!

Splendid place, even more staff... customer attention and friendliness from breakfast to aperitif in a strategic point and without parking problems

16/08/2024: With a group of friends we enjoyed both the ice cream and the granita, all satisfied with the purchase and enjoyed everything on a nearby bench. The tables were always full of customers pleasantly sitting and chatting.
Excellent product.
15/08/2024: I returned to this ice cream shop after a long time and was disappointed with the service.
I was served by a very grumpy lady with a bob.
A big step back from the kindness I experienced months ago.
It's a shame because I liked it as an ice cream shop.

07/07/2024: Crostacei e molluschi con verdura : crustacés et mollusques avec légumes. Les crustacées et les mollusques étaient pas mal, mais les légumes étaient vraiment trop cru, le chef auraient pu les blanchir un peu. Service symp amsi chef relativement arrogant, pas très chouette.
29/05/2024: Ristorante in pieno centro storico a Sarzana,, tavoli all'aperto nella piazzetta, davvero molto bello.
Cibo di qualità e cucinato bene.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Ci tornerò.

it took them 25 minutes to take the order and another 25 for the pizzas, and the pizzeria was DESERTED
04/08/2024: I went to this pizzeria for dinner, many people had spoken well of it to me so I decided to try it. The pizza was not to my liking at all, poorly seasoned, dry and, once cooled, it was difficult to cut. The flavor was non-existent, while my wife's, which had pesto, was quite salty, like the bill, I think I paid too much for what I was offered. Service normal, place that needs to be revised a bit.

11/08/2024: Pranzo con un gruppo di amici di sabato. Non hanno un menù con i prezzi ed il conto a me è stato fatto ad occhio. In due abbiamo ordinato cozze ripiene ed erano 11! neppure buone questa volta! Conto salato per ciò che ho mangiato. Peccato!
27/07/2024: In vacanza in Liguria, abbiamo pranzato in questa trattoria su consiglio di un amico.
Il consiglio è stato perfetto siamo stati accolti da un personale tutto al femminile molto gentile e professionale.
Abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti semplici, ma di grande bontà.
Il dolce al top....

16/08/2024: I had lunch this afternoon (August 2024) with my group of 38 people and I found many flaws: inadequate and uncoordinated service, cold food, brought to the table without changing the dishes and thrown away in a hurry to make you leave early. Narrow, humid environment without ventilation. Never again. I strongly advise against it!!!
14/08/2024: Dinner on August 12, 2024. It was not the first time we had dinner there and we had always been satisfied. The other evening, despite our insistence to dine outside, they made us sit in the internal room. It was a very negative experience: unacceptable temperature, without air conditioning, without even a fan or a shovel........ Despite this they served us dinner in 1 hour and 45 minutes! We left very tired. Let's not talk about the service: improvised, not only by the new and evidently inexperienced staff. I don't judge the food because obviously we weren't able to appreciate it. The bill is therefore excessive compared to the service offered. We won't go back again

27/08/2024: We were there with 3 kids searching for some ice cream and did not expect anything special. But this cafe was great. Very tasty homemade ice cream, beautiful historical building, nice people working there, great Italian coffee.

12/08/2024: It had never happened to me when a granita was served and the spoon was grabbed not by the handle but with the hand where you are eating by the boy serving it and it was inserted into the granita.

28/12/2023: Mixed fried food very good, as is the house wine. The pizzas are decent, certainly very rich. Price normal, actually lower than the competition.

19/09/2023: Nonostante avevamo avvisato per sapere se erano aperti, al nostro arrivo non ci volevano far entrare, poi avendo specificato che avevamo chiamato apposta allora ci hanno fatti entrare in maniera molto sgarbata.
Da lì l'incubo.
Trattati malissimo, menù lanciato sul tavolo, mentre ci hanno preso l'ordine e mentre lo preparavano non facevano altro che cristonarci contro tra di loro.
Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto in 5 minuti perché per rincarare la dose un mio collega ha detto 5 minuti e ce ne andiamo e uno di loro ha proprio detto, sarebbe anche ora.
Ora premetto che questo locale lo conosco e anche bene. È stato aperto proprio per stare aperto fino a tardi, da sempre è il locale dove i ristoratori si trovano dopo il lavoro perché il boteghin era un punto di ritrovo dove da sempre era aperto fino ad almeno la 1/2 invece prima di mezzanotte è successo tutto questo, e ribadisco abbiamo chiamato apposta prima di partire avvisando che arrivavamo. Consiglio spassionato ai ragazzi/e che ci lavorano dentro. Se non volete stare a lavorare fino a tardi cambiate locale e non rovinate lo storico boteghin. A mai più.
