16/03/2026: I have very mixed feelings… The food was good, the restaurant's decor is beautiful, and the concept could be great, but I don't know if it was just an off day, but my partner and I were very disappointed with our experience. It was our first time trying an all-you-can-eat buffet where you order as you go, and as a result, we made sure not to order too much at once in order to "benefit from more efficient service," as stated on their menu. However, for our first order (four small appetizers and one sushi), we had to wait almost 40 minutes, and I had to ask the server again for the sushi. At the time, we thought it was an oversight, that these things happen, and that the sushi is made fresh to order, so it takes time, so we let it go. Later, we ordered more sushi, and once again, the wait was long. Meanwhile, we noticed that a couple who arrived after us had already ordered a large quantity (including sushi), been served, eaten, and left, while we had been waiting for our second order for 30 minutes. After receiving and eating almost everything, one dish I had ordered was still missing, and my boyfriend wanted to reorder something. So, I had to ask the server again if something had been forgotten and told him we would like to reorder. Ten minutes later, a waitress arrived with a large tray full of sushi that we hadn't ordered at all. Since there's an extra charge for any unfinished dish to avoid food waste, and the tray was larger than what we had actually ordered, and worried that the rest of our order would arrive later, I called the server back again to let him know about the mistake, and he took the tray with him. A little later, he came back with a small tray that I thought was the correct order this time, but after checking, I realized there were 12 pieces of sushi instead of 8, and it wasn't even what I had ordered. At that point, my partner and I had had enough. We ate what was left and headed to the reception desk to pay and leave as quickly as possible. To conclude, I should also add that one of the waitresses really seemed unhappy to be there; she was dragging her feet around the restaurant, and when she finally brought us a dish, it really seemed like our presence was exhausting her. In short, even though the food was very good, the service left much to be desired.

28/01/2026: The place was very nice, and the raw ham was very good. The rice noodles, however, were inedible, and the fried food was a bit greasy. Service was slow at first; we had to wait ages for them to take our order, and then they brought everything so fast that there wasn't even room on the table, and I had to eat with my plate in my hand.

11/11/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Sarzana, easy to get to thanks to the many nearby parking lots. The place is spacious and bright. Wide selection of pizzas. I had the Diablo pizza with smoked scamorza and speck. The dough is thin and crispy, but very good and not heavy to digest. Friendly staff. Average prices. Excellent selection, I recommend!

18/11/2025: Botteghin is a place you'll always want to return to! Not only because it's open late and the atmosphere is truly pleasant (soft lighting and bottles everywhere), but also because the food is truly delicious! The cured meats, unique in their kind, are truly excellent, as are the cheeses! The focaccias in various flavors are delicious, and so are the desserts! I recommend the platter: for €18, you get a large plate of excellent cured meats, two varieties of cheese, and two pieces of vegetable tart, all accompanied by focaccia! The wine cellar is very well-stocked. Since 2025, they've been stocking a selection of French cheeses, which, paired with fruit compotes, are unmissable. Botteghin is also the only place in the area that stays open late, so you'll find it open even if you get hungry late at night! I recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, as seating is limited!

06/03/2026: My Deliveroo order arrived an hour late and I didn't pay for half of the items. I called McDonald's and they told me that 1 - it's not their fault, but the rider's who left the items there. What do I care? The rider doesn't go behind the counter; you're the ones who have to make sure they take everything! 2 - no one can bring me the missing items. 3 - I'm not entitled to a refund, but I have to complain to Deliveroo customer service, which did refund me, but with credit to use on Deliveroo. You're outrageous, my kids are hungry, and you don't even bother to fix it. You should have come with your little car if you're so dumb you can't give the right items to the rider, or if you use riders who are dumber than you. I AM EDIT MY REVIEW: TODAY, FRIDAY, MARCH 6TH, NEW ORDER: 2 MISSING HAPPY MEALS. ARE YOU WAKE UP OR ARE YOU GETTING AWAKE RIDERS??? It's crazy that you can't deliver a complete order and on top of that, there's an hour delay in delivery!

20/12/2025: A large Coca-Cola with ice reaches the 0.5 litre mark, and the employee tells me that this is correct.

26/10/2025: I've read several negative comments that seem more rooted in ignorance and envy. I've been going to Muccini for three years now, and besides being kind and helpful, the products inside are delicious and fresh, and at the bar you only meet people laughing and joking.

27/08/2025: I returned here after several years of absence. I found a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable, fast, professional, and friendly staff, with a smile on their faces (which I'd say is important in the restaurant industry). The food was excellent: well-cooked farinata and pizza with perfect dough. I think next time I'll try the steak, it piqued my curiosity. I'll be back and I recommend it.

23/08/2025: Arrived at 8:15 p.m., reservation made for 8:45 p.m. Returned at 8:45 p.m., table given at 9:20 p.m., order taken 5 minutes later, served 45 minutes later... All this for pizzas that were just passable.
