Pausa Caffè In Sarzana

01/06/2026: In the time we were here, the restaurant efficiently ploughed through a massive amount of business. No question about the freshness of the pizza and focaccia. The front of the shop was continuously replenished with steaming hot breads from the oven. The range of salads was extensive, generous and thoughtfully presented. The smoked tuna was tender and perfectly seasoned as was the ham. Would recommend.
