23/09/2025: We knew this restaurant a few years ago, when the owner was retired. Unfortunately, what a change! While the food is still excellent and of high quality, the atmosphere and service leave something to be desired... the waitresses don't have a smile on their faces and barely speak to you. What's more, paying €6 for a half-liter carafe of tap water is a bit much! We'll go elsewhere next time, too bad.
I'm coming back to let you know that we never ordered three carafes of water, as you say! Especially since there were only two of us eating!

05/09/2025: Pitiful. We introduce ourselves politely, ask for a table for two: the red-haired waitress curtly says, "Wait outside," without even a hello. Fine, we wait... thirty seconds. And then, an elderly couple comes up behind us, asks for a table, and presto, magic: they're immediately found a seat. Us? Invisible, swept aside as if we didn't exist. A real comedy, except it's pathetic. Such a lack of consideration and such a mockery is unheard of.
Result: an immediate U-turn. Losing customers because of such arrogance and incompetence, hats off!
20/08/2025: I do not recommend this restaurant, which doesn't even deserve to be called that. The €15 menu didn't include anything listed on it. We ordered spaghetti with shrimp, but there were no shrimp on our plates. I asked the waitress about it, and she replied, "I told you it was shrimp sauce." This was completely false. The sauce was industrial, tasteless, and there was no choice of desserts, just three types of industrial pies. Finally, €2 per person was added to the bill. This wasn't listed on the menu, even though it's mandatory.
In short, a total disappointment!!!! This restaurant deserves a visit from the financial authorities. Even the receipt is questionable, with no details of what the price corresponds to!!!!!

29/12/2025: We stopped at Caffé Cavour for an early dinner before heading back to Aix-en-Provence, and it was a truly delightful experience. The owner was incredibly kind and generous, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The food was excellent—simple yet beautifully prepared—and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We were traveling with our dog, who was treated with great care, which we greatly appreciated.
A wonderful place in Ventimiglia. We will gladly return on our next visit.
14/11/2025: Avoid at all costs, a tourist trap!!! One pizza had parchment paper inside and the manager removed it with his fingers, the lasagna was watery (even a frozen one would be better), and another wasn't really that great. Coming to Italy to eat this was disgusting. First and last time!!!

01/07/2025: Helt grusomt , atmosfæren var elendig, pizzaen var Vassen ,smakløs og våt. Betjening kunne mest trolig ikke engelsk og kommuniserte dårlig. Vi fikk mer oppmerksomhet av myggen enn servitørene. Anbefales ikke.

08/06/2025: Totalmente fantástico: la comida, el ambiente y los camareros eran todos de primera categoría y valen más que el precio cobrado por una experiencia inolvidable. No estoy seguro de por qué cualquier huésped encontraría algún defecto con el restaurante, pero hemos cenado en algunos de los mejores resorts del mundo y La Terazza del Hotel Splendido es una delicia epicúrea con un servicio atento, cortés y amable. Es un elegante menú clásico de Liguria con elegancia y estilo del viejo mundo.

12/05/2025: Nous étions en famille, nous avons tous commandé une pizza avec une salade mixte. Les pizzas sont arrivés. Elles sont correctes sans plus. Mais alors les salades sont arrivées une odeur terrible, de celle-ci de pourri à vomir. Nous avons appelé le serveur qui sans s’excuser les a retiré et nous a dit, je ne voulais ferai pas payer nous payons l’addition à la sortie du restaurant vérifions le ticket de caisse et les salades nous avait bien été facturé. Retour au restaurant pour nous faire rembourser une honte plus jamais dans ce restaurant fuyez.

Me encanta un chef que saca un pequeño menú Buena selección de aplicaciones y principales
Alguien o bastante a menudo más de uno pedirá el plato fenomenal Conejo — ¿Hizo que las almejas Vongole hoy se ejecutaran perfectamente permitiendo que las almejas sean la estrella del plato
Siempre es divertido ver a los clientes tener allí primero probar y luego compartir que con otros este es uno de esos lugares donde sus papilas gustativas son muy felices

09/06/2025: Aurinkoinen sunnuntai maaliskuussa: voi syödä ulkona.
Piazza Caffe ei ehkä ollut italialaista kulinarismia parhaillaan, mutta ruokailijoita oli niin paljon, että uusia pöytiä kannettiin ulos jostain varastosta. Ruoka oli joka tapauksessa hyvää ja edullista.
