02/06/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. A truly terrible experience in every way. The worst part, however, was the focaccia I'd ordered with prosciutto and fontina or mozzarella—I don't remember, but whatever: I ended up with two thick slices of speck and a slice of cheese instead. No one warned me that the requested ingredients were out, and no one asked if I was okay with a substitution. When I went to ask for an explanation, pointing out that I don't eat speck and that I'd paid for a different focaccia, the girl behind the counter simply yelled at the counter, asking why they'd substituted prosciutto with speck. The response was a curt and annoyed: "Oh, because it was out." No apology, no attention to the customer, and not a single sign of professionalism. At that point, they offered to remake the focaccia, but with such a rude and annoyed attitude, as if I were inconveniencing anyone for pointing out an obvious mistake, that I preferred to let it go. When a customer pays for a product and receives something completely different, asking for an explanation is the least they can do. Making the customer feel almost guilty for reporting the problem is unacceptable. As if that weren't enough, I paid full price without receiving any discount or courtesy despite the mistake. Furthermore, the bathroom was in terrible condition: dirty and even out of soap. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really makes the difference is how they are handled. Here, not only were ingredients substituted without any warning, but there was a complete lack of politeness, customer service, and the willingness to politely correct the problem. Disappointing food quality, ingredients different from those ordered, poor hygiene, and extremely unprofessional staff. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a bar. I won't return, and I absolutely don't recommend it.

01/05/2026: We ordered two mini chocolate brioches and a coffee. After waiting for half an hour, we went into the bar to check if they hadn't forgotten about us and our order. After asking why we had to wait so long, the very uninterested and rude waitress replied that there were other people to serve. After waiting half an hour, we got up and left. It was a terrible experience for us. I advise you not to go there because of their manners and the slowness with which they thought they would deliver our order.
