If you’re not familiar with Italian dining customs, you might be surprised to find that water isn’t complimentary and comes with an extra charge. There’s also a “coperto” fee just for being served, and even a Coke costs around €5. While the pasta itself was decent, it didn’t justify the overall price once all these additional charges were included.

21/04/2026: A must-try in Santa Margherita Ligure. Every visit is a confirmation: quality, authentic flavors, and a perfect atmosphere. The trofie with baby octopus ragù is a must-try! Highly recommended!!

09/04/2026: Everything was delicious, I loved it all 👌 The service wasn't fast, but it was worth it. The fish was incredibly tender, along with gnocchi with zucchini, tomatoes, and shrimp.)) And for dessert, affogato.👍 Officially, the restaurant is open until 2:30 PM and then closes for lunch. It's almost 3 PM, and customers are sitting quietly at their tables, the waiters aren't rushing anyone... the sun is shining outside, the sea is gently lapping nearby, music is playing softly... wonderful.

15/04/2026: I spent Easter on the veranda, enjoying an excellent menu from every perspective, served by very kind and hospitable staff. I relaxed with my family and couldn't have chosen a better location. Highly recommended.

15/04/2026: Good experience. When I called to make a reservation, they didn't answer, but I was called back a couple of hours later and was able to book a table. The pizza was good, as was the service and the desserts. The atmosphere was a bit chilly, but the food made up for that. The price was more than reasonable.

02/04/2026: Good pizza, close to Neapolitan, especially the very flavorful ingredients, especially the mozzarella. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially the owner. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: I've been a regular at this restaurant for almost 20 years, and its cuisine has never disappointed. Even today, Giacomo treated us to an unforgettable seafood feast. The dishes, conceived and prepared by his wife, were perfectly paced and punctuated by a selection of appropriate oils. The service was impeccable, as always. Bravo for the Grigio del Friuli! Thank you all… For me, this restaurant is among the great Italian establishments where the ingredients are showcased in their simplicity and transformed into something complex by the hand of an artist…

03/05/2026: A disappointing dinner. Our table was located near an open French window, letting in the cold air, and it wasn't possible to close it due to the layout of the other tables. There were four of us and we ordered an appetizer, which arrived promptly, but the first courses were served at completely different times: some dishes arrived while we were still eating our appetizers, while others required a wait of about 40 minutes. This made the service disorganized and unpleasant. The quality of the food was unsatisfactory: the spaghetti with clams was undercooked, the trofie with saffron and scampi had too much cream (not listed on the menu) and was heavy, while the mixed fried fish was poor, and the squid was undercooked and flavorless. The service was also lacking: the waiters didn't clear the table and seemed more busy chatting than attending to the customers.

01/05/2026: The seafood pasta was really very good, then we were offered the fish for two, which was very expensive compared to the "normal" single-person fish dishes – our own fault for not asking beforehand. After paying the bill and leaving the restaurant, we noticed that we had also been charged for four coffees instead of two and two pieces of cake instead of one. In short: Very good food, but tourists get ripped off! Beware!

09/04/2026: Very welcoming staff. The pizzas are excellent, and so are the cocktails. A very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, even during the week when it's not very busy. Absolutely fantastic!

08/04/2026: Nice place... but I didn't drink alcohol and paid €3 for a coffee!!! The bathroom is extremely dirty... even though it's crowded, they could check every now and then... Definitely NOT!!!
