17/05/2025: A nice little restaurant with a lot of young people. It's a popular restaurant, as we could tell from the reservations. The specialties focus on Tuscany, which we wouldn't have expected in Liguria. We had the chance to try tripe in tomato bread. Of course, the food isn't freshly prepared, but the service was friendly and super fast. And above all: it tasted great. A bit pricey, but within reason.

01/06/2025: Really terrible brioche, I didn't understand if they were simply raw inside but they remind me of frozen ones, even cream without personality. I had guessed it from the photos but I let myself be convinced by the reviews, which at this point amaze me. Friendly but disorganized service, slow, you can't understand the order of those who have to order, narrow space... I'm sorry but really a failed place, no staff, they will surely be good people

22/07/2025: I went a few nights ago, brought by friends who were already frequenting the place. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the savory crepes, so much so that I later ordered a sweet one with chocolate cream and Grand Marnier. Since I started, I returned two days later for another savory crepe. I must say the menu offers a nice selection of crepes with various fillings, both savory and sweet. I think I'll be back soon.

01/05/2025: Tutte le volte che torniamo a Rapallo è un classico fermarci da Tossini (sia questo punto vendita vicino alla chiesa principale, sia l'altro, vicino alla stazione, molto più grande, che è anche bar e che molti recensori poco attenti confondono con questo) per comperare in particolare l'ottima focaccia, come pure piatti pronti (anche se l'assortimento è maggiore nell'altro negozio). Tutto molto buono.

24/08/2025: The ice cream was delicious. We went to Rapallo for ice cream on our first evening. I was already wondering why my niece, who already lives in Rapallo, wanted us to go there... she also buys ice cream (from another ice cream parlor)... A few evenings later, we came back for ice cream, and one of the employees warned me that that table isn't meant for sitting if you've bought ice cream to go. It would be nice if they left a sign saying that the table is only for customers who bought ice cream to sit there, not for takeaway. Luckily, we weren't planning on sitting there at the time, otherwise it would have been a disappointment for everyone. Thanks for your reply. The ice cream is definitely delicious. Then I didn't see the sign that it's for service only. I checked our full photo to see if there was a sign, but then I didn't see it.

16/08/2025: We went in for gelato, and the prices were clear: €3 for a small cone. At the cash register, I discovered they were charging €5. When I asked for an explanation, the clerk pointed to a tiny sign that said "no cones at tables" and told me that "it was all on the menu"—a menu that, obviously, no one brought us. The result: mediocre gelato, an inflated bill, and a clear mockery. A tourist trap. Zero transparency. Edit following the owner's response: When we asked for a one-scoop cone, the girl replied that it wasn't possible, as the small cone holds two scoops (as, contrary to what the owner claimed, was stated on the price list at the counter). In any case, I would have expected a service charge, which I would have been willing to pay, not a two-euro surcharge on every item served. I also ask you to keep your tone friendly; I'm simply sharing my experience with future customers. I think that, in the absence of malice on your part, this could be an opportunity to clarify your offer.

27/07/2025: Truly the best place we’ve been to in Rapallo. The staff was super friendly (especially the waiter with an eyebrow piercing idk his name). The food was delicious. Highly recommend trying their pizza because we came back for it many times. If you like risotto go ahead and order because it was 10/10. Overall definitely the best place and authentic place in Rapallo, a must visit.

12/06/2025: Coma da abitudine, prima di ritornare a Milano dopo un periodo trascorso a Rapallo, siamo passati da Dasso per acquistare alcuni loro prodotti: parmigiana di melanzane, pasta fresca, sughi (pesto, pomodoro) da portare a Milano, sia per noi che per regali ad amici e parenti. Qualità sempre elevata!

08/06/2025: I'll start by saying that I often go to Rapallo and I've been to this place several times. I found the guy very rude. Having a 3 year old daughter I asked to use the bathroom for her. He told me no. I said that I thought it was Scorsese and I would share my experience with him. Ashamed of what he had done he repeatedly insulted me saying that I was damaging his work. I replied that it wasn't true I would only express the facts. No continuous insults. I tried to talk without success Based on the owner's response I point out that I have always asked for the child. The fact that he now says he would do it means that he regrets it and is a little ashamed of having been rude I didn't threaten anything except to report the incident if the incident puts you in a bad light and it's your actions' fault I was told that it was a decision of the owner who wasn't there. Now he says that he is the owner. Another element that explains a behavior that is formally legal but not socially correct. The cameras can confirm that I never went back but I turned around when I was called bad words. We can also think differently but I don't see much justification for telling me to go to hell in front of my daughter and saying that not everyone has directed their words. In my opinion it exudes a bit of inexperience. I still wish you success and hope that this incident can help you welcome people into your place. Good luck
