Passion, technique, and a keen attention to quality are evident. The wine list is also extensive and well-selected. Special praise goes to the staff: professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling. The service is attentive without being intrusive and helps make the experience truly memorable. One of the best restaurants on the Ligurian Riviera for those seeking an elegant dinner, a unique view, and captivating cuisine. Highly recommended, it deserves 5 stars.

27/05/2026: I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Delle Rose for work, but I can honestly say I'd gladly return, even privately. From the first moment, we were greeted impeccably by Enrico: professional, friendly, and always available to explain everything with great attention to detail and kindness. A welcome that is no longer so predictable these days. The rooms are very clean and meticulously maintained. The hotel has an elegant baroque style, with a warm and refined atmosphere that almost makes you feel like you're in your own living room. A truly unique and pleasant environment, different from the usual impersonal hotels. A special mention goes to the breakfast: rich, varied, and prepared with attention to the guest's needs. Finally, a hotel that doesn't follow the classic cliché of certain Italian hotels, where it almost seems like they want to quickly serve you "a coffee and a croissant" and then send you on your way. Here, instead, you can clearly sense the commitment to quality, hospitality, and well-being. The Hotel Delle Rose proves that positive exceptions still exist, and it does so with professionalism, style, and passion. The only small point that could be improved is the parking: if a more convenient solution were found in the future, it would truly be a world-class experience. Sincere compliments to all the staff.

31/08/2025: It feels like a local trattoria, but the place isn't exactly a gem, but we tried a menu that showcases Sicilian cuisine with a touch of Liguria. Very light frisceu (fried pasta), arancini (rice balls) with Norma-style filling, light and crispy. Very good spaghetti alla Siracusana, delicious ravioli with Norma-style sauce. There wasn't room for a second course, but we couldn't miss a taste of caponata, a plate for 11. Finally, a cannoli with ricotta that reminded us of Camilleri's books.

04/05/2026: I was in Rapallo with friends, and Pubbino was our regular stop for two nights in a row. Excellent cocktails, and the owners are super friendly and welcoming!

07/07/2026: Delicious pizzas. The best in the area. I tried the 14, gorgonzola, and the 24, ham and mushrooms. Mouth-watering. I love it when they don't skimp on the ingredients, especially because I love the feel of the nice, firm red pith. The gorgonzola pizza in particular is one of the most succulent I've ever had.

09/06/2026: A very clean place with excellent service at reasonable prices, competitive with other places. All the staff are always smiling and very kind and helpful. In addition to the bar, it offers several other services, including snacks, stationery, some groceries, a wine bar, and a corner for our furry friends. There are bar games. Despite the fact that it's always crowded, the service is quick and efficient. The restrooms are also always very clean. Recommended place!!!

01/07/2026: If i could give more than five stars i would. This is simply the best bakery ive been to in my whole life! Everyhting is fresh and delicious here😭❤️ Andprices are super goood omg🫠 But the best thing about here is its coffee! Its something else! YOU HAVE TO COME AND TRY THIS BAKERY OUT and the staff are really sweet😭
