The dishes are all worth trying, clearly the wild boar reigns supreme but there are also many dishes with the company's products. Careful plating and generous portions. Compliments to the lady in the room for her friendliness and kindness. Highly recommended!

Il menu offre una vasta selezione di piatti a base di pesce freschissimo ma anche portate di terra, con un’ampia scelta di antipasti, primi e secondi che vanno dalle preparazioni più tradizionali a quelle innovative. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo considerando la qualità del pesce e l’esperienza complessiva. Se siete alla ricerca di un ristorante che offra pesce freschissimo e preparazioni raffinate, “da Rita” è sicuramente il posto giusto. Consigliatissimo!

28/01/2025: We found this gem of a restaurant after a walk. We were surprised by the welcome...all young guys including the owner who was very attentive and present in the room. Excellent food, very fresh fish and served divinely... we highly recommend... we ate fish but there was also a wide choice of meat We will definitely be back... try it then tell us

09/03/2025: Small and comfortable environment. Satisfying choice of wines... The fusillo with red prawn and the quail are absolutely worth trying. The salmon and tuna tartare were a pleasant discovery. If you pass through Montefiascone it is absolutely worth stopping. Final score 9 full. Well done.

30/01/2025: Siamo appena usciti… con il rimorso di non aver spaziato oltre nel menu. Due antipasti un secondo e un contorno di alto livello. Ottimo anche il Merlot a calice. Non so se torneremo da queste parti, ma ce ne andiamo con il rimorso di cui sopra

29/01/2025: Siamo stati curati e coccolati per ben 2 sere durante il ns soggiorno a Montefiascone, consigliato dall’albergo dove eravamo alloggiati. Antipasti ottimi uovo con tartufo e fonduta, petto d’oca eccellente . Tagliolini al tartufo e guanciale croccante e per terminare 1 filetto di manzo in agrodolce semplicemente fantastico. Consigliatissimo

02/03/2025: My friend and I, on a business trip, stopped in this welcoming restaurant, the kindness of a truly commendable waitress, she made us sit down, and very clean bathrooms, a large lounge where we can eat even with families, we took a mix of Terra starters, excellent flavour, and we continued with grilled lamb of truly high quality, a flavor reminiscent of my Sardinia, a pleasant dry house wine, the owner Maestro in the grill area created a gastronomic masterpiece, making a lunch truly to remember, to finish babà with an excellent but delicate flavour, without being too alcoholic, I would say I am satisfied as the art of knowing how to cook continues

12/09/2024: Siamo stati bene, arredamento accogliente a tema bosco e gufi, musica top un rock da intenditori, il cibo era veramente buono e leggero con sapori delicati e ben accostati. Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante.
