This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a regular fixture, so much so that it's probably the best bar in town without exaggerating. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and always clean, perfect for both a leisurely breakfast and a quick break during the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making everyone feel instantly at ease, even at peak times. The real highlight, however, are the desserts: simply out of this world. The croissants, pastries, and baked goods are of the highest quality, fresh, and irresistible, with a clear focus on the finest ingredients. Every bite confirms the establishment's reputation and makes it difficult to choose what to order, because everything is so inviting. The coffee is also excellent, well-made and consistent, ideal for pairing with the sweet specialties. Bar Giusti is a must-try for those who live in Montefiascone and a must-see for anyone passing through. Highly recommended.

10/12/2025: This pastry shop deserves a 6, with several products, each one better than the last. We stayed three days in Tuscia and always had breakfast there, changing it each time. What can I say? Simply amazing.

01/03/2026: A truly special place. Rooms directly overlook the lake, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; and the food is truly delicious. Special mention goes to the first courses (tonnarelli allo scoglio and paccheri with octopus and pecorino cheese), which are truly delicious! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

The rigatoni carbonara we did receive tasted good, but for €36 it was far too little. It was at most 1.5 portions, and we're not big eaters. What a shame!

05/03/2026: If you're passing by the lakeside in Montefiascone, you can't miss lunch or dinner at Morano. The quality, courtesy, and ambiance are wonderful. I recommend calling to reserve a table overlooking the lake.

15/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have to give my dinner a negative review. The high price-quality ratio is, in my opinion, completely inadequate. Appetizer: Minimal portion consisting of just a few mussels and clams, which were tasteless and lacked seasoning. First course: Gnocchi were overcooked. The scampi cream was disappointing: the seafood flavor was missing; a vague taste prevailed (probably butter). Second course: The fried calamari and shrimp was, in my opinion, the worst I've ever eaten in my life. In short: small portions and quality that, in my opinion, absolutely doesn't justify the final bill. I would not recommend it. The only positive note was that the young waiter who served us was kind, quick, and precise, which raised my rating for the service.
