30/03/2025: I went to dinner yesterday with my boyfriend. Lovely warm and welcoming place. The owner is a wonderful person. Original and delicious dishes. All prepared with the utmost care and attention. Excellent choices also for people with intolerances and allergies. Impeccable service. I recommend it to all those who think of having a nice day or even more than one in Montefiascone. You cannot leave or pass through Montefiascone without having come to osmosis.

12/04/2025: I had been there a few years ago and had good memories. The restaurant is located inside a very suggestive 16th century estate where most of the products are prepared and then put on the table. certainly their specialty is porco-cignale, a hybrid that gives the meat a more delicate flavor than wild boar itself but more succulent than pork. They serve it in all its forms, from cured meats, to meat-based first courses and second courses and I must say that I liked everything. The portions are really generous even if the price is slightly high it is fully compensated, furthermore we had the fork discount so we spent very little. Quality products and at km0 given that a lot of it, even the wine, is they produce on the estate. yesterday it was just us and honestly I can't explain why since the food is good, so I highly recommend you try it!

28/03/2025: I had a fish dinner. Unpretentious but clean and tidy place. Attentive, courteous and fast service. The quality of the food is good: a special mention for the tagliolini with shellfish, really very good. The quality/price ratio is consistent.

28/03/2025: Place in the center of Montefiascone with paid parking a few dozen meters away, not recommended for those who have walking difficulties due to the morphology of the area. I had dinner with my wife based on appetizers, first courses and desserts: everything was taken care of and very good. Mainly local dishes with a touch of imagination. Small, very welcoming place. Nice and precise owner.

10/03/2025: Are there still places where they charge you for the service separately? Yes there are. Quality ingredients. I took plain fettuccine with goose ragout, the seasoning not mixed with the pasta, it looked like butter pasta with meat crumbs on the side. Tasting portions. Not recommended for those who like generous portions.

26/04/2025: Rude and unprofessional. We ordered lombrichelli cacio, pepe and truffle. We ask, if possible, not to add pepper or truffles, and the waitress confirms that it is absolutely possible. However, classic cacio e pepe arrives at the table. We point this out to the waiter. First he tells us that there is no pepper, then, after pointing out that the plate was full of it, he replies that you can't eat cheese without pepper... but what does that have to do with it? It's like if in Genoa you ordered a pesto without garlic: it's possible to do it. If you still bring me pesto with garlic and I point out the mistake, you can't justify yourself by saying that "it's not traditional"! At the end they change our dish and, always politely, we ask to have the same pasta with tomato sauce. After 20 minutes they bring us, instead of lombrichelli, completely raw Tuscan pici. We left the dish untouched, giving it just a forkful. We go to pay and, without being asked how it went or whether we had a good or bad experience, they make us pay the full bill and greet us with a simple "good evening".

13/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo bellissimo ristorante sul lago, e nonostante nostro figlio di un anno e mezzo avesse decisamente una brutta serata, sono stati tutti estremamente cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno servito velocemente e con grande gentilezza. Il cibo ottimo: abbiamo preso una pizza rossa, una bianca e una focaccia ed erano cotte alla perfezione e ben condite, poi un primo e un secondo di pesce ed erano davvero eccezionali. Prezzi nella media. Se torneremo in zona ci fermeremo senz'altro qui.
