27/09/2025: About a month ago, we had both breakfast and lunch there and were satisfied on both occasions.
The products used are fresh and authentic, and handled with great care. Try the pici alla gricia, their original panzanella, and their robust and fragrant olive oil.
The coffee is also excellent.
The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is centrally located.
Definitely recommended.

05/10/2025: A charming, beautiful, tastefully decorated venue with a wine cellar offering a wide selection of wines. The price is fair for what you get: beautifully presented, beautifully prepared dishes made with excellent ingredients.
The staff, especially Andrea, who looked after us, was very friendly and professional. The carefully chosen background music made the atmosphere even more relaxing.
We were just passing through, but if we ever have the chance, we'll definitely be back.
Keep up the good work, guys!
02/10/2025: Trattoria del Cimino was a fantastic discovery! The pappardelle with hare were spectacular, with a rich, fragrant sauce that left you wanting more. The pici all'amatriciana were also delicious, simple yet rich in flavor. The rabbit was tender and flavorful, a heart-warming dish. To finish on a sweet note, the homemade hazelnut gelato... absolutely irresistible!

04/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a trip to the beech forest. Everything was delicious: top-notch platter, fresh porcini mushrooms, delicious pasta, generous portions.

19/09/2025: On my second visit to IlCaravaggio, I didn't try the pizza, but I did order a mixed seafood antipasto and the fried calamari and mussels. The portions were generous, the fried fish light and crispy, the mussels fresh and flavorful, and the setting remains very charming, with its historic dining room sometimes featuring wooden beams. The staff was courteous, and the prices remain reasonable, although I've seen from reviews that service can vary. Overall, I still have a good impression.

Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present.
For the second courses of meat, limited choice

03/09/2025: We booked last minute, arrived, and were served immediately. Everyone was very friendly, especially the owner, who helped us choose pizzas. Given the wide selection and the many doughs available, we were all undecided, we wanted to try everything!!! 🤣. I highly recommend it; the pizza is very good and the prices are in line with the excellent quality of the products. For a pizza and a beer, we spent less than 20 euros per person. Definitely an experience to repeat!!!! It was a great discovery!!!

La Corte Dei Prefetti Di Vico

26/07/2025: Partendo dal fatto che appena si entra si viene accolti con un clima di calorosa ed al contempo composta accoglienza, ci si imbatte in una esperienza a tutto tondo tra sapori e qualità sia in termini di materie prime, sia nella sapienza di come trattarle.
Piatti veramente gustosi ed anche belli a verdersi a cui si aggiunge il panorama del borgo su cui si affaccia che è veramente bello e rilassante.
Il pasto poi è anche accompagnato dalla partecipazione del proprietario che ti fa vivere il luogo esponendo con passione le peculiarità del posto, facendoti sentire il benvenuto come a nome dell'intero borgo.
Veramente consigliatissimo!

20/07/2025: Confessiamo il ns peccato: quando trascorriamo il weekend in Tuscia decidiamo sempre di dormire a Ronciglione per un solo motivo: la corte dei prefetti! Si mangia STREPITOSAMENTE BENE! tutti i piatti sono ghiotti all’inverosimile, dall’antipasto al dolce senza trascurare il pane! Tempi di attesa tra le portate lunghi ma l’attesa è struggente mai irritante. In sintesi se ami mangiare bene…sarai nel posto giusto!!!
