I opted for the honey-marinated roast turkey as an appetizer and the tagliolini with lamb, artichokes, and lime for the main course. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking authentic cuisine with local flavors.

29/03/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant, and it was a great experience. Located just steps from Palazzo Farnese, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The quality ingredients allowed us to enjoy sophisticated dishes like the venison-filled tortelli, which I highly recommend! The welcome was warm and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Don't leave without trying the desserts!

06/04/2026: A truly wonderful discovery, this trattoria is definitely top-notch, both for its location with its arched ceilings painted like frescoes, and for its food, where excellent ingredients are cooked with traditional mastery. Everything we ate was completely satisfying, and we finished on a high note with a 99% hazelnut cake, accompanied by a warm zabaglione... Sublime 😍. And last but not least, the service was top-notch, with kindness and availability to our every request. We'll be back soon, highly recommended!

08/02/2026: Rude I won't comment on the food, which I presume is excellent. Two of us showed up with a baby a few months old, and we were told to wait, saying a table would be free in half an hour. We returned after a while and were told that the people at the table had already reached their second table. So we waited outside for another twenty minutes, asked for an update, and were told they were at the cafe. After another fifteen minutes, the waitress came out and told us, verbatim, that she was sorry, but the gentlemen had no intention of leaving the table, so they wouldn't let us sit. Something like this had never happened to us in over 15 years of frequent restaurant visits around the world. We're not that bad; let us know why you didn't want us.

19/04/2026: We started with a truly noteworthy first course: Pici all'amatriciana with pecorino cheese. The pasta had just the right texture and the sauce was rich and flavorful, with the local pecorino cheese adding that extra touch of character. But the real surprise was the dessert: chestnuts boiled in rum and cream. A perfect tribute to the fruits of the Cimini Mountains; the natural sweetness of the chestnuts paired divinely with the strong note of the rum and the softness of the fresh cream. A balanced and unpredictable combination. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, making the lunch even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. If you pass through Caprarola, this is a must-see gastronomic stop!

10/03/2026: I went there on Sunday 8th March for the first time and I had a great time, a family atmosphere with Mario, a very kind person who makes you feel at home right away... then the exceptional pizza, very large, very topped and delicious... all the desserts were super good because the 4 of us shared them... highly recommended

01/01/2026: I wanted to thank the restaurant owners for canceling my reservation through The Fork without even a phone call to apologize. This put eight people in a difficult situation during the holiday season. You're certainly skilled in the kitchen (obviously, trustworthy, since you don't let us eat!), but to say you're incredibly friendly is an understatement! I'm writing this to warn other diners who were delighted by the positive reviews, as I was.

06/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Pizzeria Il Caravaggio in Caprarola and were truly satisfied. The pizzas were excellent. The fish main course was also perfectly cooked and truly delicious. There were three of us, and everyone was completely satisfied with the dinner. We also ordered the wine by the glass, which was very good and a perfect accompaniment to the dishes. Another plus is the price, absolutely exceptional for the quality offered. 06/04/2026: We ordered pizzas and cresces for Easter Sunday. Everything was truly delicious; even the cresces, eaten cold the next day, were spectacular! Excellent toppings! The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the kitchen was accommodating despite our countless requests for variations. Highly recommended!

03/12/2025: The tranquility of winter, coupled with the perfect weather today, was breathtaking. Waking up to a misty, ethereal landscape was captivating. The calls of waterbirds added a touch of life. After sunrise, the water and sky merged seamlessly, reflecting everything on the lake. This is just a photo taken with a regular phone – a true paradise on earth! The cake the owner baked for us had a flavor I'd never tasted in China before. The sweetness was just right, not cloying, with a hint of citrus. At that moment, I didn't want any other flavor to overpower it. A true gem!
