05/05/2026: We went to this trattoria for lunch on Sunday as a couple and had a wonderful time. It was an experience we won't soon forget. The lunch was truly excellent, with quality food right from the start: the small complimentary oil tasting was very welcome. We had the Tuscia tasting for two as an appetizer, which was generous, followed by fettuccine with beef ragù and pappardelle with hare and juniper berries, both delicious (the pappardelle in particular were truly amazing). We would have also liked to try the rabbit Viterbo-style, but we were already full; despite this, the owner offered it to us because he wanted us to try it, a gesture that was truly appreciated. The desserts were also excellent. Special thanks to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention, especially with regard to managing my girlfriend's allergies: it's not a given. It's rare to find a restaurant with this kindness. So, congratulations. Very good value. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

17/05/2026: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at La Casa Del Gusto. It was a great experience, starting from the moment we entered, where we were greeted by smiling and kind girls. This attitude continued throughout the lunch. We interacted with three or four girls, all very nice, not only in appearance but also in their demeanor. As for the dishes, they were all very good, with a special mention for the fried eggplant croquettes. The bill was fair for the amount we ate. Well done.

12/07/2026: Upon entering, it reminded me of the aroma in my grandmother's house when she was preparing lunch. The restaurant is very beautiful, with truly kind, friendly, and cheerful staff. We had a wonderful meal (the egg chitarra pasta was delicious), highly recommended.

12/07/2026: A lovely, historic, family-run restaurant just steps from the splendid Palazzo Farnese. The dishes are well-prepared and generous. We tried the house antipasto, the cheese board accompanied by a delicious onion mostarda (a family recipe), and excellent truffle-based pasta dishes.

30/06/2026: Always a guarantee... it's been around for years now... but that's how long it's been, and I'd say nothing has changed... Same location... always-present staff, top-notch restaurateurs. In the summer, you can eat outside, with a view that not everyone has... Excellent pizza, and an excellent à la carte menu. Delicious desserts. Excellent value for money.

27/06/2026: I came for pizza with friends on a Saturday night. We waited two hours for three pizzas that were questionably cooked. They weren't the worst pizzas I've ever had, but the wait didn't help the experience. The place is nice, and the staff is very friendly, but I don't think it can accommodate that many people, which is why the service is having issues. I'll try again during the week, perhaps ordering a first course; the experience might be different.

03/12/2025: The tranquility of winter, coupled with the perfect weather today, was breathtaking. Waking up to a misty, ethereal landscape was captivating. The calls of waterbirds added a touch of life. After sunrise, the water and sky merged seamlessly, reflecting everything on the lake. This is just a photo taken with a regular phone – a true paradise on earth! The cake the owner baked for us had a flavor I'd never tasted in China before. The sweetness was just right, not cloying, with a hint of citrus. At that moment, I didn't want any other flavor to overpower it. A true gem!
