01/04/2024: Roman restaurant, very fast and friendly service. We went here for dinner and had the rooster, carbonara with pici, a sausage and chips pizza and tripe. Everything was delicious, especially the highly recommended carbonara. The pizza dough is very thin and not very tasty. There is also the possibility of visiting an underground cave. The desserts were also good, made by them.

17/02/2024: Siamo andati a pranzo a Il Pinzale dopo aver fatto un esperienza a cavallo. Cibo spettacolare, consiglio le polpette di patate con le tre creme carbonara amatriciana e cacio e pepe. Per quanto riguarda i primi amatriciana da 100 e lode!!! Sublime. Posto curato ed elegante immerso nel verde. Cucina buonissima e personale cordiale e disponibile!!! Top top top!!!

02/04/2024: My boyfriend and I had lunch yesterday, for Easter Monday. Despite the huge amount of people, everything was managed very well. We booked at around 11.30 yesterday morning (obviously without hope of finding a seat anywhere) and were told that they would seat us as soon as one of the reserved tables was free. But to our great surprise I was called back to tell us that a table had become free earlier and that we could be seated earlier. The place is really wonderful, clean and welcoming. The food? Fabulous, the pici with mussels were really good, the lake starter was really good, the fried food? Good, really very good. One piece of advice, the homemade tiramisu had a fantastic flavor but I would recommend whipping the cream a little more because it is uncomfortable to eat it, to my taste obviously. The service was fabulous. The curly-haired boy managed the workload very well, he seemed flash in doing things not in contact with customers and at the same time managed to dedicate time to customers to explain things or take orders. The gentleman who then gave us the bill was really kind in his service and equally excellent too. When I approached the toilets I had the opportunity to see the kitchen working completely with the doors open and I must say that despite a lot of work it was clean and well organised! Sincere congratulations! I didn't want to get up, I'm sure that if I were to return on a calmer day I would feel great. We had a really good time, we thank you so much! Congratulations to all the staff!

07/05/2024: The incomparable view of the lake should not influence a structure which is reviewable in some respects, short beds for someone like me, and uncomfortable, you can see that the bathrooms are recent, breakfast is poor in quality,

05/05/2024: Hotel with an atmosphere of times gone by with a wonderful location along the lakeside of Bolsena, renovated, clean and particularly romantic rooms with a terrace facing the lake.

09/05/2024: We stayed in this hotel for one night, three people in one room, at the end of Open 2024. The room, small for three people, was located in one of the hotel complexes. The mattresses are too soft and there is a step to access the bathroom. Strong points: ample parking in front of the room and location, located on the lakeside. Featuring a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

09/05/2024: I stopped in this hotel for five days, stopping for four nights; I traveled with two of my friends. I consider the service of the waiters and reception to be good, but I cannot say the same about the rooms and food. As regards the first topic, I found the room extremely cramped for three people. The bathroom is also tiny. A positive point, however, goes to the beds, which are quite comfortable. As for food, for five days I ate mere variations of a main course: pasta with meat sauce (occasionally amatriciana or a plate of lasagna), followed by meat and potatoes and a dessert. He assured you that eating it for five days in a row, lunch and dinner (without touching the breakfast side, which is rough) is not that pleasant. The view was also excellent, I can't say the same about the meals.

Careful service, raw materials used with techniques worthy of a Michelin restaurant, perhaps even better. Beautiful location with castle view and careful attention to the atmosphere. Compliments! 25/02/2024: Servizio cordiale e professionale e cucina che mantiene le promesse. Ottime le animelle e l'anguilla laccata alla giapponese, più che buono il luccio e la tartare. Prezzi più che corretti, considerando gli ingredienti e la cura messa nei piatti.
