The machines where you change money are broken and it happened to me that it took 10 euros from me and I gave you my phone number and name and surname. They didn't let me know and they say that they don't have the sheet with your name, surname and phone number and it's been weeks.

04/06/2026: Wonderful location, kind staff, great gelato. Nice place to rest after making it past the crowds.
14/05/2026: Unfortunately, I have to confirm the previous reviews. The owners are very rude. I saw a couple take ice cream to go and sit down to eat it (out of six tables, four were empty). An older woman, perhaps the owner, came in and kicked them out. It was shameful behavior. The coffee and cake were delicious, but the atmosphere was ruined by this behavior.
