18/05/2025: A very pleasant experience for the palate which is surprised by truly successful gourmet cuisine. Fish is the king of the restaurant and the chef knows how to treat it as such, enhancing its aromas and flavors.
Experience to be repeated by combining the meal with the cocktail program (a different cocktail for each course).
01/05/2025: It is a place where you really have a customer experience. The food and wine offer is of a high level, everything is explained down to the smallest detail, in a quite pleasant and competent way. Exquisite staff and enchanting location. Recommended for both an aperitif and dinner.
Excellent for drinking good wine or a cocktail in peace.

17/05/2025: A place with a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, especially thanks to the choice of background music. The service was present and courteous, above all they recommended us a white wine of excellent quality. The dishes were also very good and tasty. It's a shame that we removed some dishes from the menu, including some delicious gnocchi with cuttlefish ink that I tried a year earlier.

15/04/2025: Very nice place, right in the center of Velletri (so you need a little patience for parking). Everything was delicious, but I particularly liked the salmon and tuna maki.
The staff is courteous and precise even when full.
It's not all you can eat and the quality of the product certainly benefits.

09/05/2025: Customers for a lifetime... scolded by the owner because our 4 year old daughter was playing on the platform for disabled people... the excuse was that the platform was not stable and was making too much noise... I feel sorry for the staff who unlike this are very courteous

18/05/2025: We had lunch today at this magnificent trattoria, the setting was beautiful and the food delicious, it definitely exceeded our expectations which were already high, the staff were friendly and helpful and everyone treated us in the best way, they were constantly making sure that lunch had gone well and so it was. 27/05/2025: The roasting has always existed. I have many childhood memories... it has loose sweets that grandma bought me every Thursday when we went to the market. Excellent coffee, ground on the spot also to take home for the moka and for the most modern coffee machines. Very kind and helpful staff. You are always welcomed with a smile

27/05/2025: The restaurant is located among the historic alleys of Velletri, so if you think you'll park in front of the restaurant forget it, but on the other hand when you enter it's like entering your grandmother's house, a place with friendly people, good meat and the sauce of the rigatoni alla pajata is great. Genuine cuisine without too many frills with good portions.
22/03/2025: Velletri should feature trattorias serving home-made cuisine, in reality there are very few and the Middle Ages is among those that have stood the test of time. Family-run trattoria, Mrs. Rita's cuisine makes us feel at home both in the environment and in the food. Flavors of other times. Very pleasant surprise. See you soon.
