13/06/2026: We went to Bistro 8 e 9 in Trevignano Romano to celebrate my birthday and were truly delighted. The location is stunning, with tables directly overlooking Lake Bracciano, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was excellent: the blonde woman who served us was extremely kind, professional, and understanding, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. A truly successful dinner in every way, in an enchanting location. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spend a lovely evening on the lake enjoying excellent food and receiving impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

19/05/2026: Excellent service and very tasty meals in a beautiful location. Friendly staff. We ate both fish and meat on the terrace and everything was perfectly fine. For 2 people, starter, main course, and dessert: all delicious.

25/05/2026: We had dinner in this place on Saturday evening and I will start by saying that I will be brief and concise because everything we ate was delicious from the pizza to the meat, the guys who served us were professional and very kind, but there is one thing that I really cannot tolerate and that is the lack of the fifth star and I am talking about the behavior of the owner, I can understand the agitation on Saturday evening, even if the place was not full, but their employees DO NOT recover in front of customers and above all they should not be treated in that way, their employees are spoken to aside and not with that agitation and nervousness that was continuous throughout the evening, something intolerable and unbearable, respect is due to everyone especially to guys who were impeccable in the service, I left annoyed and everything else even the goodness of the food was overshadowed, pizza prices were very fair, meat prices were high.

The dishes are excellent: generous portions, incredibly fresh fish, and a truly amazing stew. You can sense the great attention to the quality of the ingredients. The service is friendly, attentive, and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. After lunch, you can also relax in the garden in front of the restaurant, soak up some sun, and fully enjoy the view: a true added bonus. A special thanks to the owner, a delightful, friendly person who takes great care of the restaurant and its outdoor spaces. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend it!

07/06/2026: I can't comment on the food because we had an aperitivo, but the owner was very kind. We were a group of 16, and he reserved the terrace for us. We watched the sunset. It was very nice.

29/11/2025: A delightful lakeside restaurant. We were greeted with such kindness and professionalism, and then pampered like we hadn't felt in a long time. Everything was truly excellent and carefully prepared, from the appetizers (the octopus alla Luciana was truly exceptional) to the first and second courses. I really appreciated the paccheri being perfectly cooked. The menu caters to all tastes. The service was truly attentive, and the lunch was relaxing. The owner, Mr. Francesco, was very kind to us and our daughter. I'm so happy we ate there, and we'll definitely be back. Try it, it's worth it! :)

10/06/2026: A firm favourite! I adore their pear and caramel cake. Service is always friendly with a bit of light-hearted banter in quieter moments. I like all of the areas to sit in... inside is elegant and cosy, the veranda is good for people-watching, and the bit that sticks out over the water is very relaxing. I don't usually sit under the trees but that's nice too. Oh and if they don't have your favourite cocktail listed, they'll do their best to make it for you.

28/06/2026: I should start by saying I refrained from leaving a review because, as someone in the same profession, I understand how frustrating it is to have your work not appreciated! That said, my wife raised some constructive criticisms, and you had the nerve to respond offensively, almost as if we were "weird"?! If we seemed "weird," it's simply because we ended up in a place where incompetence and arrogance reign. Starting from our arrival at the restaurant, we were told: "You are the ones at the table." What exactly does "pardon" mean? This is how it works in restaurants: I call, make a reservation, you ask for the last name and the number of guests, and when I arrive, I identify myself! Since you didn't ask for the last name, you didn't know how to welcome us. Maybe it was late for you? When setting service hours, they must be respected with love and availability right down to the last minute of service, especially since Thursday was my day off and I chose your restaurant, traveling 70 km and hoping to have a pleasant evening. I came without prejudice and stripped of my role. I was willing to overlook the lack of the only sauce I don't see every day. I was willing to overlook the fact that you sent a girl to the table on her first day of work, without any training. I was willing to overlook the fact that you poured red wine into a white wine glass. I was willing to ingest the bitter wild boar cacciatore, completely covered in juniper berries and rosemary that completely clogged my mouth. The chicken was so dry it didn't even touch the soles of my shoes. The cannelloni were forgotten in the microwave (reheated without protective film), and the potatoes tasted completely of butter and were incandescent because they were forgotten in the microwave. I suggest you reheat things more slowly and less aggressively. It was 40 degrees in the dining room without a glimmer of hope... a fan from the Chinese is more than enough! Anyway, I don't want to continue; I've already been too long-winded! You noticed how hastily we left the room, and you didn't even bother to apologize. I'm so humble that a complimentary liqueur would have been enough, but no. The owner only took care to carefully withdraw €120 from my account (I don't care about money, thank God), without caring that after six days of work, I chose his place to spend my free evening like a normal person. 28/03/2026: What can I say! We found this restaurant by chance; we trusted our instincts and were pleasantly surprised! Excellent food (tasty and delicate fried anchovies, the frying was top-quality; tagliolini with butter and anchovies, delicious and balanced between the saltiness of the anchovies and the velvety touch of the butter; seared tuna, very soft, broccoli with just the right seasoning)... a unique spot overlooking the lake, with the sun in your face, sheltered from the wind and the traffic. Fast and friendly service. The bill: we paid what we deserved! Thank you, we'll be back!
