we came yesterday for the first time to dance tango, welcomed by the kindness and courtesy of the teacher Giulia Varone, we were pleasantly surprised both by the venue which is in a magnificent position, with the lookout over the temple of the Sibyl and by the organization of the milonga. Excellent parquet flooring, small but enveloping room, excellent aperitif formula and, even writing it goes without saying, excellent music by the musician Armando Tatafiore.

I celebrated my graduation party here on February 16th and the experience was really positive. From the beginning, the owner proved to be very helpful, especially in meeting the needs of some guests with gluten allergies and lactose intolerances, for whom it was possible to prepare dedicated menus.
I chose a plentiful and excellent quality aperitif, perfect for the occasion with an excellent quality/price ratio. The room was entirely at our disposal, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant and private. Furthermore, the dining room staff was always kind and attentive.
An experience that I recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming place that is attentive to the needs of its customers! Thanks so much again

The place with the best price-performance ratio in the city and at the same time with a unique panoramic view of the famous waterfall.
The Flo’s Café (now Prodip) was our go-to place in the afternoon to try delicious coffee, tea and typical pastries from the region. The quality and taste were sensationally good and the bill blew us away. As if inflation never existed. All is really well with the world here.
Insider tip: be sure to try the Torta della nonna - the tastiest of our lives!
Perhaps the best ambience in the city thanks to the great view, but there's no extra charge for that.
When we are back in Tivoli we will definitely come back!
