10/11/2025: We went to eat yesterday, aside from the wait due to an absurd amount of people, it took forever for the food to arrive. We sat for 2 hours for 2 plates of pasta, 2 simple tagliata. Two hours!! The gnocchi my boyfriend had were inedible; they were floury and flavorless. My pappardelle with wild boar tasted like orange, and I couldn't figure out why! It was inedible... I'd ask before adding any ingredient not listed on the menu to a dish! When it came to tagliata, they brought raw steak when it was specified as well-done... plus, they forgot to remove the tag from the meat. 3 people, 116 euros, a real waste. I'm sorry, but the first time we came, it wasn't like that... I don't know what happened... We won't be back, that's for sure.
09/11/2025: I'm writing this review in the hope that someone will read it and avoid coming here. If you bother reading other reviews, you'll see that I'm not the only one complaining about these problems, so please consider the following. Despite having booked and agreed on a set menu (25 euros for a plate of polenta and a side dish... whatever), we sat down at 1:30 PM and, after several requests, they brought the first courses at 3:40 PM. The waitress, incompetent and rude, even swore at our tables. I've never seen anything like this before. I should add that the tables next to ours got up and left in despair. How can you work like this?

07/06/2026: An acquaintance of mine booked this restaurant after having been there once, some time ago... what can I say... the premise of having requested a bank transfer at the time of booking already speaks volumes about what would happen next. Arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by a woman "cooking" in front of burning embers with the question, "Do you have a reservation?" ... As we sat down at the table, we were brought menus... but only the food menus, since the only drinks available were the house red wine and water, since "everything else is out." The sour wine and hot water arrived in a plastic bottle from the discount store. It was time to order. The waitress who came to take our order informed us that there was no point in reading the menu, since they only had shank, stuffed zucchini, and "nice steaks" with a side of potatoes and mixed vegetables. And so be it! A steak arrived, less than a centimeter thick, bone-in, with the skin on, and with the white part. A miracle of grilled food... ordered rare, it was delivered raw but burned in some parts... in the end, a pile of fat, bones, connective tissue, and charcoal remained. Let's move on to the potatoes... here too, a miracle occurred: half raw, half burned. Half piping hot, half cold. I can only give a 10 out of 10 for the effort put into creating a lunch I'll never forget!
02/06/2026: A pleasant discovery on June 2nd. A welcoming, family-run place offering quality products and huge portions. We were four adults and four children, and with one course each, we were more than satisfied. Special mention for the gnocchi, the carbonara (with excellent bacon), the shank, and the tiramisu. Next time, I'll try the steak.

12/04/2026: The polenta with sausage and spare ribs was delicious, the service was amazing, and the place has a fireplace or stove that keeps you warm. The price was right. We'll definitely be back soon!
07/02/2026: Excellent restaurant for a bite to eat between sledding rides. The view is beautiful, but the polenta with ribs won't keep you from looking at your plate(s). My sweet tooth was satisfied with the potatoes and chicken, which we had to take away in a doggy bag because we were so full. Very fair price. P.S. How much do the brown horses cost?

03/09/2025: We ate there just before the end of summer, and the value for money was terrible! It's a real shame to walk in remembering Mamma Peppina and walk out disappointed!!! Never again!
28/08/2025: We went for lunch on August 15th...we ate very well...the menu was complete and just right...the meat in particular was amazing!! Congratulations!

26/05/2026: So... we ordered two portions of mussel tubes, LEFT ENTIRELY. When the waitress asked if there were any problems, I told her they were VERY SALTY... (It tasted like sea water.) Obviously, you expect them to either serve you another FIRST COURSE or not charge you for it—instead, €20 per portion, paid in full. Since when is a sorbet an ice cream? If I have to pay €7 for two scoops of ice cream, I'd get them at the ice cream shop. (Sorbet is usually creamy-frothy, semi-dense.) Total: 3 first courses, 2 appetizers, and a fried dish, water, and 2 sorbets, €120. What do they take for such naive people?
15/05/2026: Quiet place surrounded by nature, fast service, friendly staff. Prices are a little high in my opinion.

12/04/2026: I went there with my family for Easter Monday, really good, quiet place, clean bathrooms, excellent and fast service and excellent and plentiful food... homemade pasta, and local meat... prices? Those are good too... I recommend it.

10/03/2025: Overall it's not bad, let's say the food is good. But for example, the strozzapreti had two different temperatures: the pasta was boiling hot and the sauce was cold (probably already prepared some time ago) and partially raw. The baked potatoes had perhaps been heated in the microwave to present them piping hot, but they dried out and hardened as they cooled. But the worst thing is the service: we entered shortly after midday, we left after 3pm! The place was perhaps only half full, the order was taken after half an hour of being at the table, the cutting board was brought to us 40 minutes after the order and only after a reminder! Furthermore, it was also not very elegantly retorted. They have a management problem visible to the customer: they make 3/4 tables start eating at a time, and they only take care of those until they have finished. Then they move on to the other tables which in the meantime have only received water, wine and perhaps (but not always) the boss. Savory prices: 1 starter, 2 first courses, 1 liter of water, half a liter of white wine on tap, €52. Yet another unedifying scene, the manager or co-manager sitting at the table eating with a group of friends who, from time to time, got up to go serve the tables, or to clear the table, or to pay the bill at the cashier, all with the same hands without ever going to the bathroom to wash them. An underage girl who went around the tables clearing and tidying up the tables, and on a couple of occasions also at the cashier to pay the bill. Family business is fine, it's fine not knowing where to leave it, it's fine to teach it a trade, but you just can't see it at the checkout.

27/07/2025: Oggi con amici siamo andati a fare un'escursione su monte autore campo Dell l'osso monte livata, dopo l'escursione siamo andati a pranzo dai miei amici Maurizio e Irene del cristallo di neve, passano gli anni ma qualità delle materie prime e i piatti non cambiano sempre tutto buonissimo. Se capitate a monte livata campo de l'osso vi consiglio questo ristorante non ve ne pentirete, grazie ancora a Maurizio e Irene e tutto il loro staff per la splendida giornata ❤️

01/05/2025: Conosciamo "Da Anna" ormai da anni... Una garanzia assoluta, cibi freschi e genuini, cucina semplice ma eccellente, cura nei dettagli, accoglienza e cortesia tutto quello che serve per passare una giornata fuori porta. I ravioli al pomodoro sono una delizia anche per i palati più sofisticati, la carne, di una qualità inimitabile... Prezzi onesti vista la quantità. Consigliatissimo 😉
