06/07/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, top quality raw materials as well as the cuts of meat.
I had dinner at La Dispensa and was struck by the experience that I consider extremely positive.
I recommend it especially if you want to eat meat. Every bite left an aftertaste on the palate that I have never experienced before! The owner was welcoming and very friendly, as was all the staff.
Highly recommended!

Bruschetta 4 (excellent bread and oil, terrible tomato).
First course, alas 2 stars (overcooked pasta the first time, the second an amatriciana with literally 2 pieces of bacon)

Staff 3 (waiter who doesn't take orders nice, smiles, polite etc)
The waiter who takes orders is hasty (he tells you the dishes all in one breath when there is no other table at that moment to rush, you don't understand anything, not very friendly for the rest, he seems a bit stressed but nothing serious)

14/04/2025: We were passing through Riano and were looking for a place to have dinner. We found this place that had great reviews and wanted to give it a try. First of all, it is a home restaurant. To welcome us at the entrance we found Mandolino, an attentive and friendly host. The restaurant consists of two dining rooms for about twenty people. We had 4 appetizers, consisting of cold cuts, crostini with janduia, sheep's ricotta with jam, Roman tripe (wonderful) and beans. First we had two carbonaras and two tagliolini with bacon and wild asparagus. As a second course, grilled chicken and three pork loins with wild fennel. Wine, water and coffee killer. In 4 €.90,00. Overall, a great place to eat. I recommend it.

13/05/2025: It's like taking a dive into the past. The manager is the son of the founder so the place has remained from the 70s in appearance but comfortable. It also has an outdoor space. The food is really good and the staff makes you feel at home. If I were to be in the area again I would go back there.

16/06/2025: Excellent restaurant until some time ago. Something in the kitchen has changed and not for the better. Prices have increased. The service is always impeccable.
04/06/2025: Too bad they don't do pizza. We went for lunch and we had a great time both in the food in the service and the welcome nice place. The price a little above the norm. A little inconvenient to get there but it's worth it

13/04/2025: Mi sono accorto solo adesso che sono tanto anni che vado a mangiare in questo ristorante e non ho mai lasciato una recensione. Provvedo ora perché la qualità va premiata! Adoro le loro fritture mai pesanti, le loro paste ripiene eccezionali e la carne.. dopo che mangio una bistecca qua mi viene sempre da pensare che è la più buona mai mangiata, di tiramisù non ne mangio mai meno di due. Il proprietario è sempre presente, attento e riesce a dare una qualità alta e costante del servizio. Grazie Casaletto!!!
25/01/2025: La location è carina,siamo stati con la mia compagna e mia figlia di 3 anni,abbiamo preso carne con contorno ed alla bambina la pasta .Carne buona nulla da dire,però per quello che abbiamo preso,ossia solo il secondo, no antipasto no primi,prezzi un po 'troppo alti.

14/02/2025: Siamo stati a cena il giorno di San Valentino, personale gentile e carismatico, supplì eccezionali e pizza di ottima qualità. Super consigliato.
