06/04/2024: We had pollpetta and tripa as a starter and a carbonara pasta for the main course, all exquisitely prepared, each dish delicious. There is a very good assortment of wines. Excellent service, everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend this site.

04/04/2024: At SantoPalato they make the best amatriciana on earth, even better than their carbonara. It wasn't the first time I went, but it proved to be an EXCELLENT experience with an absolutely honest price. Two appetizers, two first courses, two glasses, two desserts, bread and coffee cost 40 euros each. A price absolutely in line with the rest of the "like" places in Rome. Extensive wine list, with the possibility of ordering glasses by the glass, young and friendly staff, ready to explain and advise. I think about you more often than I should admit ♥️
