The only downside is the parking but it's a price to pay for staying 2 steps from the center and anyway you just have to go to the nearby streets and you'll find something at the end. 26/07/2024: I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.
