Mercurio In Pomezia

I ate the tuna and onion pizza, it tasted exceptional, and I'll definitely be making it again. The Alfredo supplì was also delicious.

Very nice place with a lovely atmosphere. The supplì are special. The pizza is easy to digest, but not typical Roman fare. It's too crunchy for my taste, and I didn't like the addition of grated Parmesan cheese on the Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella. The staff is friendly, but the wait between pizza and dessert is interminable, especially when seated on uncomfortable metal chairs, which, in my opinion, aren't suitable for long periods of sitting at a table.

Excellent Roman pizza, far from the usual commercial circuits: the pursuit of quality and products is impeccable. The fried foods deserve special mention: incredibly crispy and explosive in flavor. A wonderful discovery for those seeking substance beyond fashion. Finally, but only for personal preference, I prefer the dough even thinner and crispier, like Baffetto (in central Rome) for those who know it.

Unexpected and almost hidden. If I'd moved to Paris, it would always be crowded... luckily it's in Pomezia and remains accessible. The menu offers original, imaginative, and delicious dishes, and a small hors d'oeuvre is offered as a welcome gift. The small space is meticulously designed. Its industrial-chic style is complemented by designer, fairy-tale lighting. The extremely friendly, cheerful, and discreet service makes for a relaxing experience, and when the bill arrives, you're happy to spend a few extra euros. My only regret is that I didn't try it sooner.

A very charming and refined atmosphere, quiet and perfect for a relaxing dinner, with delicious appetizers and spectacular pizzas, uniquely delicious with unique and refined flavors. One of, if not the only, pizzerias in Pomezia that makes authentic Roman-style pizza. Try it and you won't be disappointed!

Wow, what a pizza!!!! Perfect pizza! Good dough, good toppings, and most importantly, beautifully filled! The price of the pizza is totally understandable, every detail is taken care of. Impeccable. The fried food is good, but not exceptional, and the price isn't justified. A few flaws and oversights regarding the service, which you wouldn't expect in a place like this, but understandable.

If you go to Mercurio, it's not for pizza, but for an experience. There's something new every time, excellent dough, fantastic combinations, and top-notch quality. I always opt for tomato-free toppings here, which I never do when I eat pizza. Try EVERYTHING! Congratulations, as always.

Quality is the adjective that best describes Mercurio Pizza. Starting with the service, politeness and courtesy are the hallmarks, complemented by a youthful and friendly atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients enhances the flavors of the pizzas, from the dough to the toppings. The prices are above average for "normal" pizzerias; this is largely offset by the truly high-quality products. The pizza's creation demonstrates the perfect balance between quality ingredients, cooking, and their use, which enhances the flavor. If I really had to find a flaw, perhaps the cover charge and bottled water prices should be reviewed. To conclude this wonderful experience, the atmosphere was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Congratulations on the pizza, excellent dough, Roman-style!! The quality of the ingredients is beyond question, justifying the price, plus the flavor combinations are very well balanced!!! The place is very cute and very welcoming! The wait staff is excellent. Now for the negatives: the €2.50 cover charge is excessive and not justified by a cloth napkin. Water is €4, no way. A regular supplì is €3.50 and a traditional one is €5.50, but the portion size needs to be reviewed!!! Put a cushion on those chairs! 2 supplì - 3 pizzas - 2 waters = €71 Maybe I'll come back

Overall good. Good food, friendly service. Very polite waiter. The chef treated my son like he was his own...a little too much. Medium-high prices.
