28/10/2025: I go there often. It's a shopping center with lots of shops, and you can find a bit of everything. There are bars and an ATM inside the park. Ample free parking is available.

15/09/2025: I've been going there for years, ever since it was still called Acquarius. Over the years, it's transformed into a charming place (it used to be just a pizzeria with a beach club) thanks to significant investments. I don't frequent the beach club so much as the restaurant, where I've always found courtesy and a willingness to accommodate even off-menu requests (when possible). The fish is fresh and you can taste it, the cuisine is sophisticated but not overly so, and the wine list is excellent and frequently updated. The only flaw is that they no longer serve my favorite white wine, a Ceretto Arneis—a shame.
For the rest, my compliments, truly...

09/09/2025: A historic beach on the Roman coast, always managed by a large family.
All the amenities are there: umbrellas, sun loungers, deck chairs, showers, changing rooms, children's games, and courtesy and helpfulness—in short, everything you need for a day at the beach or a seasonal one just steps from home. Plus, a bar/restaurant, more basic than the classic Schiano restaurant, offering breakfast, aperitifs, and lunch with sandwiches or hot dishes, including fish, at a fair price. All this just 5 meters from the waves, under a wooden portico, always cooled by the sea breeze...in short, keep it up and improve where you can.
See you in 2026!!!

15/10/2025: I'd read positive reviews that unfortunately I can't confirm. We went on a Saturday night, and the place was packed. The wait for four pizzas was an hour, and they were raw and poorly rolled out. In some places, the crust was missing, and where it was, it was soft due to the "water" of the fior di latte dripping from the pizza. The quality and quantity of the toppings were good.
The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is friendly!
08/09/2025: Large and well-kept place but the waiters are a bit too absent-minded, you always have to call them with your arms raised, the pizza, guys, really needs to be reviewed, the fish is fresh but not cooked well, octopus and potatoes without a drizzle of oil and salt practically chopped and put on the plate with a few herbs.

20/09/2025: Clean place, finally some Japanese without the gourmet fruit dishes everyone else offers these days. Excellent food, and friendly, professional staff. The owner, a sweet and friendly lady, served us. Recommended.

02/10/2025: We stayed for three days because we were visiting relatives in the area. For that amount of time, it's highly recommended! Angelo, a genius! Very friendly and attentive to our needs. There's no hot water heating outside of breakfast hours, so it was difficult for us to have mate or other infusions. Breakfast for a few days is fine, but it doesn't have many options. The shower has good pressure and temperature, but it's small. What stood out most was the staff's attentiveness and the comfort of the beds!
16/09/2025: A classic 1970s hotel interior, with a classic rug along the hallway, repainted room doors, a 1970s/1980s desk and chair, a bathroom with a plastic mirror, and a very small shower stall.
On a negative note, the bed.... There's no topper, and the mattress is very firm...if you have back problems, these mattresses are a real pain.
The closet in the room, again 1970s/1980s style, was practically empty...there wasn't even a blanket, which should be left for the guest anyway; in fact, I had to ask for one for the second night because the first night, in addition to the mattress being too firm, I couldn't sleep due to the cold.
On a positive note, the staff (family-run) were friendly and helpful.
