05/02/2024: Very digestible pizza. Low but substantial. The great thing is the availability of gluten-free pizzas and lactose-free mozzarella (even without reservation). A salvation for those who are celiac and lactose intolerant!

07/04/2024: I hadn't been there for a few years. The place was welcoming and tidy even if full. Quick service and very friendly staff. Good Roman pizza. I was very surprised by the bill for quality/price. We will definitely be back.

04/04/2024: Delicious pizza for those who like it so thin and light 🤤 good seasoning.... If I really had to find a flaw it would be that it is often overcooked and therefore burnt underneath, just maybe remove it from the wood oven a few minutes before. For the rest it's really excellent and easily digested.😁

05/04/2024: We were there for dinner today. We ordered our food at the self-ordering tables and took table service. We waited a while for our food and when it arrived it was cold to lukewarm (the fries and also the burgers). This was a bit disappointing. In addition, the ice cream for €1.50 was also forgotten. The restaurant itself is okay, but the music was too loud for our taste. There was also a children's birthday or a children's party and the children were running around everywhere with their shoes on the stool.

21/03/2024: Waited over 20 minutes, wrong order, chips not received, requested 3 times then they finally arrived... a little more attention from the managers who were more anxious and on the ball than the kids themselves

02/04/2024: Spending €68 for two family pizzas (telephone order) to eat them at home (note that an elusive "service discount" was even applied!!!) has something immoral about it, it is a slap in the face of common sense and an error which, for my part, it will never happen again....

21/03/2024: I wouldn't have even given one star, not putting one would not have made me write the review.. This evening I went to the pizzeria at 8.20pm when I entered I said hello and had no response. I asked if the daisy would come out. The clerk asks her colleague if he was leaving, he replies with a firm no. The pizzeria closes at 9.30pm so I want to bake daisies, seeing as there were other people there and they would have taken it. Given the service given, I went out saying goodbye and again no response. I went a little further on to another pizzeria, the margherita wasn't on the counter, I asked for it and after 10 minutes they brought it out to me.

07/04/2024: I was largely disappointed by the experience I had in this place, mainly due to the rude and dismissive behavior of the elderly man at the tobacconist's cash register. As soon as I entered the place, I immediately felt judged and despised by the cold and silent gaze of the elderly man at the cash register. He seemed to treat me like I was stupid, without even bothering to give me even a modicum of courtesy or welcome. The height of my frustration was reached when I asked for a tea flavor which, unfortunately, was not available. His response was curt, almost irritated, as if I were responsible for his lack of choice. This seemed to me to be a completely unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional attitude. I am convinced that in a commercial business, the treatment given to customers must be a priority. Courtesy and kindness are key to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customers return. However, in the case of "Ruffini", it seems that the elderly man at the checkout did not understand this basic concept at all. Ultimately, I strongly recommend that the managers of "Ruffini" review their approach to customer service if they wish to maintain a satisfied and loyal clientele. The rude and grumpy attitude of the elderly man at the checkout risks seriously damaging the reputation of the place and turning away potential customers. I hope this review serves as a warning to take seriously the importance of treating customers courteously and respectfully.

17/02/2024: Excellent as always, in fact it gets better every time then with 15 euros mountain starter pizza of your choice excluding drinks I thank the owner who immediately gave us a table even though the restaurant was full as it was a Saturday evening and Mrs Francesca who served us with exceptional timing!!! THANK YOU HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

17/02/2024: Well done, they kept the pizza menu at 15 euros! Including appetizer with cold cuts, cheese and grilled vegetables, mixed bruschetta, delicious and well-seasoned pizza, served with friendliness and speed by the friendly lady Francesca. Beautiful rustic room with a pizza oven at the entrance that makes you hungry as soon as you enter. Everything excellent

29/03/2024: A great surprise. Found by chance on Google on our way home from Rome, we trusted the many positive reviews and stopped. Lots of choice, really good dishes and very friendly service at a practically fast food price. Really very happy to have discovered this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon
