11/01/2026: A small focaccia shop with a huge heart 🩵 We came to visit the abbey, and it's right in front of it. The quality of the ingredients and the cuisine was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home! Highly recommended 🙏🏻

08/11/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance, and I have absolutely no regrets. It was simply DELICIOUS 😋💓. The welcome was charming too, even though I don't speak a word of Italian. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll definitely stop by again. Grazzie mille signora 🤩👍.

16/08/2024: Personale molto accogliente, gentile e preparato. Gelato molto buono, molta scelta per quanto riguarda i gusti, se dovessi ricapitare a GrottaFerrata ci tornerei con molto piacere.

09/06/2025: Dedizione perchè cercare di fare le cose nel modo corretto, utilizzando materie prime di qualità senza penalizzare i clienti con costi eccessivi richiede impegno quotidiano e sacrificio di tutto lo staff, Tradizione perchè i fiori di zucca ( la frittura è una carezza al palato ) ed i supplì ti riportano ai sapori di tanti anni fà ( Brava Nunziatina), la pizza è gustosa leggera, digeribile ,tradizionalmente romana l'ambiente è famigliare, il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente positivo, i menù proposti sono chiari e per tutte le esigenze, consigliatissimo

16/03/2025: sono stato con 8 amici di domenica sera in questa piccola trattoria veramente accogliente. abbiamo optato per un menu veramente conveniente che ci ha stupito! pizza romana molto buona e ben farcita, antipasti e fritti anche! wi-fi disponibile, luogo silenzioso e luminoso nonostante sia una cantina

12/01/2025: Frequento abitualmente questo bar da almeno tre anni. Il personale non ha mai brillato per gentilezza e cordialità, ma negli ultimi mesi la situazione sta degenerando. Da un po’ di tempo a questa parte si sono inventati la consumazione obbligatoria di 5 euro per sedersi al tavolo. Il problema sorge nel momento in cui, questa consumazione, è in realtà obbligatoria solo per chi decidono loro. Ci è stato detto che il personale non è in grado di fare una selezione della clientela, non riconoscendo chi viene a prendersi un caffè e farsi una chiacchierata, da quelli che vengono solo a disturbare. Peccato però che quando la clientela sono due persone adulte che a mezzanotte passata vanno a prendersi due caffè ed un cornetto, si siedono senza nessuna storia, anche non raggiungendo i famosi “5 euro a persona”. Se deve esserci una consumazione obbligatoria, deve esserci per TUTTI e siete OBBLIGATI a scriverlo, o quantomeno a dirlo prima che facciate gli scontrini. Ieri, all’una di notte, con il bar vuoto, arriviamo in 9 e prendiamo 8 caffè e 3 cornetti. La signora in cassa ci dice che non possiamo sederci, saliamo al bancone, ordiniamo e il barista, conoscendoci, perché ripeto, siamo clienti ABITUALI, ci dice che potevano sederci senza però rimanere lì ore (erano le due di notte e saremmo rimasti il tempo di bere il caffè). Arriva la stessa della cassa (la responsabile, a sua detta), che ci aggredisce verbalmente e alzando la voce, ci dice che l’avevamo presa in giro e che dovevamo alzarci immediatamente. Dopo circa tre minuti in cui continuava a fare questa scenata decidiamo di alzarci. Uscendo le diciamo che avrebbero perso 9 clienti. La sua risposta? “Ah allora adesso si che andiamo falliti” ridendo. Questo atteggiamento di superiorità che certa gente si permette di utilizzare nei nostri confronti ci ha stancato. Questo episodio non è il primo, il personale di questo bar è composto da persone scortesi, maleducate e arroganti, a salvarsi sono davvero in pochissimi. Se potessimo daremmo 0 stelle.

16/11/2024: Pasticceria e cornetti di qualità, non si usa strutto ma burro francese. Marmellate all'interno di ottima fattura e personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Bar molto bello dove puoi trovare tutto quello che ti occorre. Tabaccheria con sigari che difficilmente trovi altrove. Continuate così, bravi

29/01/2025: Da vent'anni il punto di riferimento per cene con amici e pranzi in famiglia. Locale e personale accogliente, cucina deliziosa, pizza buonissima. Consigliatissimo, bravo Pino!!

18/09/2024: Accoglienza e cortesia. Ambiente familiare, piatti della tradizione ben cucinati. Consiglio vivamente le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini.. Pasta fresca all'uovo fatta in casa, come quelle della nonna, funghi abbondanti e saporiti. Spaghetti Cacio e pepe ottimi. Abbacchio alla scottadito eccellente, profumato e ben cotto. Peperoni grigliati molto buoni. Crostata di visciole fatta in casa ottima. Prezzi onesti. Promosso! Torneremo.

25/12/2025: I spent the evening of December 24th with my family at Villa Grazioli. I have nothing to complain about the food—the attention to detail was excellent, and everything was excellent—and the waiters' efficient service. However, I have some criticisms about the location. The terrace is beautiful, with a striking view of the city, and very elegant, too. However, we simply couldn't have dined in our coats because it was so cold. I heard several customers complain. It was freezing, especially at some tables very close to the windows. We were among them. Even to enter the dining room, we had to walk through a small plastic tunnel in the cold and wind. Not to mention the waiters who worked in the freezing cold all evening when they had to leave the dining room. Is it possible that with those beautiful and elegant heated rooms inside the building, we had to dine freezing! I'm sorry I wrote this review, but I hope it can be helpful to those in charge for a better and more comfortable organization of such events.

11/09/2025: The food is terrible. The fish was barely warm, and the sauce was nothing more than olive oil. The meat was undercooked, the sauce had no flavor, and they didn’t even provide a proper steak knife—just a regular table knife, so we had to saw through the meat as best we could. You can hear everything the staff say in the kitchen; for an entire hour we listened to the loud clattering of knives and forks being sorted. The waitress only came out to bring the food and take the order—otherwise, there was nobody to ask or call. A guest who came to the restaurant had to wait a long time for any staff to appear, until he finally had to go into the kitchen to call someone. There was no one to ask for the check either, until someone eventually came out of the kitchen with food . It would be better to close the restaurant altogether than to keep it running like this.
